There is plenty of parking space in the hotel yard, both open and covered. There was friendly and fast service at the reception, where the hotel's services and other instructions were well explained.
The room was perfectly functional, clean and the bed is comfortable. The room also strangely heard sounds from outside, from the corridor or from the adjacent rooms.
The breakfast area was very comfortable, the dining area was easy to find. The setting was clear and the breakfast as a whole was tasty and versatile. The lunch offer on both days was good and tasty.
The training facilities where I was also at the destination were functional and their arrangements were smooth.
Overall, a functional and quite comfortable accommodation near the airport and good services.

Master Suite (#769) has also a balcony but no sauna. So I would call this suite a Balcony Suite because the balcony is the only thing that differentiates it from the other two suites that are called Superior Plus rooms (#718 and #719). The interior and the views are quite the same in all these three suites. Superior Plus is an understated name. The better one would be Junior Suite because they are suites.
For the pricing policy, 200 euros is quite suitable for these Superior Plus rooms but 300 and 400 euros are absolutely too much for the Master and Presidential Suites. I wouldn't pay 200 euros extra for a sauna and a terrace. The views from the Presidential Suite are not great.
We were lucky to still get our suite with the same amount of points as standard rooms. That's why I am giving four stars. For 400 euros, it would have been three stars. Without the outdoor jacuzzi, this suite has lost the only thing earning its name. Luckily, we were informed about that and we changed our two-night booking to one night.
The restaurant at this hotel is nice. We had a pleasant dinner with good service. The breakfast was also excellent. It was calm at 8:30 and the food selection was wide.
We used the complimentary bus transfer to the airport.

The Presidential Suite was already booked. So we made the booking for the next best Master Suite which has also a balcony but no jacuzzi or sauna.
The suite was quite spacious. The bathroom had a separate shower and a bathtub. The furniture was the same as in the Presidential Suite. The sofa is not the most comfortable.
Our visit was quite pleasant until the next morning when there was a complete electrical blackout in the whole hotel until 10:00. So there were no warm items at the breakfast. As compensation, the receptionist gave us breakfast vouchers which could be later used at any Scandic Hotel in Finland.
Luckily, it was no fire that caused the blackout. It was only the 3rd emergency stairs where I could find my way out to the reception. There were many locked doors and one door handle was left in my hand when I tried to open the 2nd-floor hallway door.

We have stayed several times in the four suites at this hotel. Two suites are called Superior Plus rooms and the two others as Master and Presidential Suites which have a balcony.
Presidential Suite has a jacuzzi on the big terrace and a sauna in the spacious bathroom. The more appropriate name for this suite would be a Spa Suite because nothing presidential can be found from the suite interior.
Master Suite has no sauna, just a shower, and a separate bathtub as in the Superior Plus rooms. The furniture is quite the same in every suite. The interior is quite stylish but I hate the lumpy uncomfortable sofas.
The breakfast is well organized. The atmosphere was pleasantly calm as the hotel was quite empty.
The staff was friendly in the reception, bar, and restaurant.

First, we booked one night with points to the Presidential Suite and after two weeks another night to lengthen our stay to two nights. The normal price for this suite is around 360 euros per night. So our stay had excellent value for 40.000 points.
The hotel is located quite near the Jumbo Shopping Center and the Flamingo Entertainment Center. There is a complimentary shuttle bus from/to the airport. Check the timetable beforehand. From the Aviapolis railway station, you can walk in 15 minutes or take a bus to the hotel.
We have stayed once before in the same suite and knew what to expect. The absolute highlight is the big terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi. The water temperature was +38. So it was nice to spend longer times in the water, although the outside temperature was just over zero. Also, the suite has a sauna.
The breakfast was pleasantly calm. It starts already at 4:00. The food selection is wide. Most items can be found at every Scandic in Finland.
The service was often very good. At the reception, the servant just spoke very quietly, so I didn't hear what he said. I often had to ask what he said.
"The hotel is committed to an energy saving plan of their own, which means the hotel is freezing cold. Don't recommend to anyone."Read full review
