Right upon arrival I got good service: after an early morning flight I got the room already at 10:30 am, very nice! As said in the previous reviews, the rooms are small and basic, but clean and nothing to complain about. If you need to work or spend time in the room, this is not your choice. But if you need a good bed, peaceful time, toilet and a shower, go for it. The breakfast is good enough. It was a nice extra to have free coffee and tea in the lobby. To the big shopping mall Jumbo is 5-10 mins walk. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated very near to Helsinki airport and they offer complimentary airport shuttle in every half an hour from both terminal one and two. Their breakfast is great and supporting service is great. Only one problem we noticed, they don't have air conditions. We felt a bit suffocating during summer.

Albergo nella media, niente di particolare ma molto comodo come sosta per altri voli. E' dotato di ogni servizio (noi abbiamo anche cenato) e tutto è gestito in funzione dell'aeroporto, quindi credo che non si possa dire nulla di negativo. Oltretutto anche i prezzi, sono molto vantaggiosi.

Me he alojado una noche en este hotel y es un hotel de paso.
Las habitaciones son enanas, el cuarto de baño es diminuto. Es una sensación claustrofóbica ducharse y cambiarse dentro de ese baño.
En nuestro caso fue una decepción porque escogimos este hotel porque tenían servicio de transfer hasta el aeropuerto toda la mañana pero para nuestra sorpresa al hacer el check in la recepcionista nos informa que dicho servicio solo era hasta las 9 de la mañana y a las 11 ya no está disponible. Dicha información no aparecía en la pagina web.
A pesar de lo anterior nos informa que podemos contratar servicio de traslado al aeropuerto a través de un taxi y una minivan y nos indica el precio que aceptamos. Para nuestra sorpresa al día siguiente antes de coger traslado nos informan que nos ponen un minibus para el aeropuerto pero que es más caro.
Obviamente no nos queda más remedio que aceptar pero me parece poco profesional y un engaño.
Por lo demás camas cómodas y buen desayuno.

I chose this place because it is close to the airport, has a free shuttle and provides a very early breakfast. It does all this very well. There is also a big shopping centre about 15 minutes walk away if you need an evening meal. Overall a good stay for the airport.

Cheapest in the area for a reason. The free shuttle is very limited on their hours of operation, check before you go if you're planning to use. Bathroom is very small with shared space between toilet and shower. Room is very hot in summer with no temperature control, and you need to ask front desk for a handle to open the windows. Food at the restaurant was ok, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Standard hotel with competitive prices close to the airport. Overnight stay for connecting flight and it was ok. Small rooms, extremely small bathrooms. Children under 12 free of charge. Early morning breakfast served from 3:30.

Vietimme kaksi yötä ennen ja jälkeen lentojen hotellissa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä etenkin vastaanotossa. Mennessä hyvät sängyt, mutta paluumatkalla niin pehmeät petauspatjat, että piti poistaa sängystä,että sai nukuttua.( Kaikille ei Tempurit sovi). Aamupala tosi hyvä. Lentokenttäkuljetus hyvä, mutta ikävä kyllä ei toimi koko vuotokauden ajan.

I stayed at this hotel for one night due to an early flight the next morning. The hotel is a short drive to the airport in the free hotel shuttle bus. The bus only runs at certain times I believe but we found it to to be on time when we required it.
Our room was fairly small and a bit dated but was clean and quiet. The ensuite was very small indeed I would say too small. However as we were only staying one night it wasn't a problem.
We had dinner in the restaurant and found it to be satisfactory although slightly expensive. Breakfast was included in the price and was available from early in the morning for those with an early flight. There was a decent selection of food for breakfast.
Overall the hotel was satisfactory for a one night stay and most of all convenient for the airport.

Okay, the usual story here. Looking for a cheap place to stay one night and need to park my vehicle while on vacation. I browse the internet and come across Best Western Airport Hotel Pilotti. Price seems quite affordable and parking is free. However, the pictures looks rather uninspiring. I think "Well, it's only one night - i take my chances".
Turns out the hotel is a disaster. I couldn't sleep because the beds are so worn out that it feels that you are sleeping in the bed rather on top of it. There's literally no air circulation in the rooms and there is definitely moldy smell in the smallest bathroom what i have seen for a while. This could be comforting for the homesick british clientele but probably everyone else would find it rather disgusting.
Best part is that given the nature of the hotel and everybody cramming their vehicles everywhere in the premises, my car had got hit and it battery died because the emergency lights. I made my way to the reception and asked for help. Lazy guy (receptionist) came from the backroom (he was eating a pizza and having a lunch break) in the adjacent room next to the reception. He offered a charger kit for the car battery but wasn't sure if it works or if it has power in it. Turned out (surprise) that it didn't work and we had to call for help. I tried to ask number for a towing company from the reception but the guy didn't know or didn't care so he was useless. Never again! Management wake up!
