Вперед, потому что передовее уже некуда - отель стоит на небольшом взгорке на первейшей линии от озера, т.е. можно практически из номера нырнуть в озеро, но это летом, конечно. Зимой здесь делать особенно нечего, зато летом для натуралистов, велосипедистов и других любителей единения с природой, а также максимальной экономии и бюджетирования - просто рай. Достаточно сказать, что на местный пляж приходят даже из соседнего 4-х звездочника и расположенных поблизости шале и вилл, где проживают 1 день по цене недельного пребывания в этом отельчике. Причем в Иматре это одно из "старейших" гостиничных предприятий, появившееся здесь глубоко в прошлом веке и до сих пор гордо несущее знамя минимализма в массы.

I stayed at ukonlinna for 3 nights intentionally but only stayed for 2 in the end because I soon realized I was going to be on my own with no staff or guests on my last night! I wasn't aware of this until I asked the question. The staff leave at 8pm every night. Although staff were very friendly and welcoming I had a very pleasant time there. However I was disappointed I was not notified and found myself paying for another hotel room at 9pm that night as I did not feel comfortable in the hostel alone! Buses are not frequent into Imatra from the hostel, I was kindly given a lift to the shop for my food by staff on my arrival which I am grateful for! Nice and clean, rooms tiny, plenty of space in the surrounding areas of the hostel which compensates this.

Приятное место на берегу озера, со своим причалом, где можно загорать и купаться. Рядом есть общественный пляж. Хостел милый, есть небольшое кафе, сауна и отдельные коттеджи. В самом хостеле номера очень маленькие, общая кухня тоже крохотная, да и душевых всего 2. Но некоторая бытовая неорганизованность компенсируются отличным расположением. Особенно для вело-туристов.

Хороший хостел на берегу оз. Саймаа. В 10 шагах - чистый. маленький пляж. Находится примерно в 4 км от центра города, на велосипеде очень удобно. Сам хостел чистый, аккуратный, нормальная кухонная зона, кафе, веранда, велосипедная и автомобильная парковки, барбекю. Из минусов - только по одной душевой комнате (мужская, женская), утром бывает проблематично:). В целом, хорошие впечатления, персонал очень вежливый (финский, английский языки).

Als ich es gebucht hatte , wusste ich noch nicht was mich erwartet . Ein wirklich liebenswertes Hostel zum kleinen Preis . Sehr ruhig und direkt am See gelegen. Also morgens aus dem Zimmer direkt in den See . Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Mit Frühstück und essen muss man sich halt etwas einfallen lassen aber Kleinigkeiten sowie Pizza , Piroggen und Donats gibt es hier auch . Kaffee ist immer frisch. Das Leistungsverhältniss ist hier absolut gerechtfertigt . Zimmer ordentlich, keine Suite aber zum übernachten sehr gut . Habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt nochmal hier auftauchen . Приватное расположение мини-гостиницы "Уконлинна" особенно чувствуется зимой среди заснеженного леса и обледенелого озера, на берегу которого она стоит. Но тёплый рождественский огонёк и праздничное оформление кафе на первом этаже так и манят зайти погреться у комелька и выпить чашечку праздничного глинтвейна или просто кофе с имбирным пряником.

Неплохой хостел, расположенный рядом с двумя пляжами, стоит достаточно уединенно. От него рукой подать до острова Lammassaari, вокруг - красивый лес. Останавливалась в нем на одну ночь летом, в одноместном номере.
Сам номер - примерно 1.5 на 2 метра, в нем стул, кровать, полочка, лампа и две розетки. Окно открывается, на нем противомоскитная сетка. Выдают большое полотенце (довольно жесткое, но я так и люблю), кровать мягкая. На мой рост 160 длины точно хватило. На этаже два туалета, совмещенных с душем и умывальником. Есть балкон, где можно просушить вещи. Внизу есть кухня для постояльцев и кафе. Одно помещение внутри здания, второе - застекленная терраса, третье - места на открытом воздухе. Во дворе - сауна и два туалета, плюс здание для живой музыки и танцев (в ночь с субботы на воскресенье танцы были), музыка хороша. Все чистенько и аккуратненько. Девушки приветливые.
Пляж рядом с отелем просто прекрасный, там же есть две раздевалки (M - мужчины, N - женщины). Есть волейбольная сетка. Завтрак не включен, летом кафе внизу открывается в 10.
Вообще, для путешественника, который не собирается проводить время в номере, а собрался там только спать - очень и очень хорошо!

Хостел расположен на берегу озера Саймаа. Рядом - беговая лыжная трасса, пляж, отель Кюльпюля-спа. От границы 7 км. Стоимость 22 евро с человека с постельным бельем. Завтрак не включен. Но есть плита, холодильник. Лес с грибами и ягодами.

По-прежнему наиболее уединенный вариант минималистического проживания в Иматре в первой линии, прямо на берегу озера. Полный минимализм, при этом, однако, все удобства отеля присутствуют - и кафе для завтраков, и ресепшн. Особенно умиляют настенные лестницы, которые ведут к окнам номеров на 2-м этаже, очень удобно как вариант экстренной эвакуации. Теперь появился павильончик-бар прямо у кромки воды и на пляже Bikini Бар.

Хостел расположен на берегу озера. Утром можно проснуться, выйти на пляж и нырнуть с причала, очень бодрит. Номера очень маленькие, завтрака нет. Кухня тоже небольшая, вдвоем уже немного тесно. Но все равно очень милое место, видимо потому что вокруг природа и спокойствие. Зарегистрироваться и получить ключи, кстати, можно только до 18.00.
