Good hotel, very busy but well run. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and plenty of choice. Rooms were nice and clean and hotel is located 5 mins from the park by shuttle bus or 15 mins walk along the river. The toy story characters appearances were great and overall I couldn’t fault the hotel. Would recommend.

Even though I've been going to Disneyland and Walt Disney World since childhood as I grew up in the States, I haven't stayed at a Disney hotel until now. I thought I'd splurge a bit for my Mom's first trip into France. Hotel Cheyenne was the only one available at the time of booking, but I figured it would still hold true to Disney standards. Unfortunately, it was a mediocre experience for us. PROS - Staff were very warm and friendly everywhere we went. - Breakfast at Chuck Wagon Cafe was wonderfully plentiful for gluten-free and other food allergies though the allergen lists provided are in French. I speak French so it wasn't a problem for me, but I know it would be for others. - Very convenient location and reliable shuttle bus service to the park entrance. - Room was clean and quiet. - Like all Disney, the western theme was on point. We did love all the details put into it! - Luggage hold service after check-out was great to have. CONS - The room was way too warm. We set the AC for 17 degrees celsius, and there was no way it was 17. The windows can be opened so that helped with some fresh air and to push out the warm air, but it was uncomfortable for sleeping on a warm May day. - Soaring Eagle was clean, but seemed a bit worn down and in need of some touchups with wallpaper peeling and paint chipping. - We booked for 3 people, but the room was only given 1 set of toiletries, a nearly empty body soap bottle in the shower, and no blankets for the pull-out bed. We had to call down to housekeeping for these, and they definitely accommodated, but I felt it should have already been setup knowing our family numbers. - There was no mini fridge in the room despite there being a big empty space for it. (Perhaps an early pandemic thing? But surely not now?) My Mom needed it for her insulin (and it would have been nice to put cold drinks in there after a hot day), and all the front desk could offer was to put it in their fridge in reception. - There are no elevators in Soaring Eagle which seemed to be odd given Disney's reputation for accessibility for all guests (and stress-free luggage support). For those with mobility challenges, you might want to stay elsewhere. - There is a long queue for breakfast, but it did move relatively quickly. Crowd management is what Disney does well. Plan about 20 minutes of wait time before eating. Overall, for the price paid for one night for 3 people, I didn't think it was good value with the lack of amenities. Even though Cheyenne is supposed to be more on the budget side of DLP's hotel range, I felt it could be a bit better through inexpensive hospitality details. There is always the Disney brand tax, of course, and maybe I've been spoiled by other Disney parks around the world, but I'll likely revert back to non-Disney hotels for future visits and save the magic for inside the parks.

Just got back from stay, and from the outside the place looks incredible. Room was nice looking however very basic, no kettle or fridge. Mildew around bath, and no sound proofing at, could hear next door very clearly. They offered a nice touch, by offering free hot drinks at vending machines around the hotel however, after the 2nd day was unable to find one with cups available. Biggest disappointment was no free drinking in the hotel or around the park. I was told in reception the tap water in room was not drinkable and to purchase this at Starbucks or the shop. They wouldn’t even fill up my sons Water bottler! He is 2yrs old and we were spending €3.30 for water and when the temp was high 20’s most days this is unacceptable. Biggest bonus is the hour free entry to park between 8:30am-9:30am Amazing experience at Disney, but hotel was very disappointing given the cost.

Exactly as advertised. It’s isn’t the Disney Princess Pink Castle (which is amazing btw) but is perfectly adequate for a Eurodisney trip. Rooms are clean and tidy - we had adjoining rooms with our daughter and grand daughter which was fantastic. Buffet at breakfast was great, shop had everything we needed and the staff were great. If you’re looking for more then you need to pay more. This is spot on for the price point.

Cheyenne hotel fall to create the same experience we had at one of Disney World Orlando theme hotels (Same rating). Arriving late, we got a key to an occupied room... No basic appliances in the room like a fridge and kettle. A Long ( more than an hour) queue for breakfast, made us skip it twice.

Stayed at the Disney's Hotel Cheyenne , hotel was great. however having been to the park many times before, I was disappointing at a few things, quite a few rides closed for renovation and changing to new rides and I know things must change, but as there were so many closed at one time it meant longer waiting times on others. The Fastpass system has now been replaced with Premier access passes which you pay for, for example if you want to skip the 55 - 60 minute wait for Thunder Mountain it will cost you €12 per person for one trip, that is disappointing :(

Pros; -convenient location to the parks / village and train station -rooms are spacious for 3 star accommodation and my room was comfy and clean -handy store / coffee shop on site -vast buffet restaurant (ok so there's a con below about this) -staff were excellent -resort is spread out - never felt too busy to me -free resort shuttle worked well -red garter bar was good; enjoyable cocktails and pizza available too (be warned, can get busy in the eves) -overall would stay again - fun environment Cons; -this is on Disney property do the price is higher. Is it overpriced for what you get? Yes. I can't pretend it's good value but it was convenient and good fun! -the chuck wagon restaurant food is overpriced at 38 euros for a mediocre buffet dinner. Dining options on site are poor compared to Walt Disney World counterparts. Better to eat out at the village or in the parks. -whilst my room was clean, the halls were not and the buffet was a bit of a mess unfortunately

I wasn’t sure what to expect at this hotel after reading some of the reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a woody roundup river side room which had two large double beds. The room was spotless, beds were comfy, new towels every day, shower gel provided and a hair dryer. However there is no kettle or tea facilities however your room key allows you to get 4 free drinks from the vending machine which includes lattes, coffees etc. We didn’t have breakfast included which apparently meant if we wanted breakfast we could only go between 7-7.30am and around 10am so we therefore got breakfast from the Starbucks which is onsite. Woody was in the hotel lobby each morning to meet the kids and you can also have a pony ride between 9am-12pm which our kids loved (9 euros each). We really liked this hotel as the grounds are spacious so there was plenty space for the kids to run around while you sit and have a drink at the bar, the Starbucks onsite was handy and the buses to the parks were every 5 mins. Overall I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t be put off by some of the other reviews.

We stayed at the Cheyenne hotel for two nights - we purchased two rooms for two nights at a staggering cost of AUD5000. The accommodation standard was absolutely basic - I’m shocked that Disney put their name to it. The corridors were so dirty they looked like they had not been cleaned in months. The rooms were a lower standard than a two star hotel - tiny, very out of date. We’ve stayed at Disney hotels in the US, Japan and HongKong and they were all brilliant - even those that were older. Two weeks later and I’m still in absolute shock at the money we spent and the fact that Disney had such a low standard on this occasion. The food choices were also very lacking - queues to drop bags off, insane.
