Stayed at Santa Fe 7-11th march, it was brilliant! 1st Disney trip for all the family and it was just fab! Hotel staff really friendly, security very good. Comfy/clean and stylish rooms. We booked the standard plus food package and it was definitely worth the money, we made our money back on the 1st day!! Breakfast is busy from 8...

Room clean but don't expect tea and coffee making facilities. We were half board evening meal average breakfast awful. No cooked food only continental style breakfast which was disappointing . Took ages to check in, which prepared you for the queuing to come later. We were given an adjoining room with my daughter on the first floor which had no...

On arrival staff were friendly and informative. Free wifj available - not very fast but still good. Safe within the room. Room was clean and very equipped with towels, bar of soap, shower gel/shampoo and cleaned and restocked every day. Hoovered daily. Breakfast times is 7am-11am. Is CHAOS between 8-9, a lot quieter to go around 9-11. Breakfast includes pastries,...

This hotel is designed as an impersonal people processor for Disneyland ,Paris. The experience starts with a queue to reception. An impersonal, unfriendly welcome leads to another queue at information , another one for your baggage , another one for the shuttle to Disneyland where the queuing starts in earnest. In a full day at Disneyland , I worked out...

We booked the Santa Fe for one night room only on 19th March before our stay at the Sequioa Lodge on the 20th. We arrived at around 5pm and were seen straight away at reception and given our room, we booked an Eldorado room to be close to reception etc. We got a room in block 33 near the space...

I absolutely love going to Disneyland Paris so Much to do and is truly magical. The hotel however is just average. Breakfast is a nightmare, always queuing and no much choice other than croissants toast rolls and cereal. When we asked reception for an iron they said it much be in use as he couldn't find it. The shower flooded...

We choose Hotel Santa Fe as lower cost option but still on Disney site and walkable to the park - Disney packages are very expensive. Reasonable basic facilities but decor is a little tired. Breakfast was a huge bun fight and not very good. The staff were generally friendly - great barman who remembered your order just after one round!...

Just home from a family holiday to Disneyland Paris for my son's 2nd birthday. Disneyland offers a truly amazing holiday, although it's not all magic and pixie dust when your pushchair is stolen. Our pushchair was stolen from the pram park when we went to meet Mickey Mouse! We tried not to let this ruin our holiday as we still...

Amazing Hotel! Considering it's a budget hotel it's a million times better than any budget hotel I've stayed in. Decent size rooms, spotlessly clean, lovely bath and powerful shower. Comfy beds, amazing staff, great bar and shop. Literally can not fault it one bit!
