This hotel is really gorgeous. Its atmosphere, helpful, polite and very nice staff, garden, and the food all make it unique and truly relaxing. The wellness/spa area include different types saunas (e.g. Mountain meadow with herbs), relax room, indoor and outdoor pools, steam cabins, sauna and hammam ceremonies. And a bar! :-) The lobby features an other bar and a game...

The second time at the Shiraz provided the same perfect experience than the first occasion. Now without the kids. Maximum satisfaction with the room, the service and the wellness/sauna offerings. And the food is just fantastic...

They like a theme. Everything is made to look very Arabian. Which is fine and fairly authentic. But not remotely Hungarian. I guess other hotels do this if that's what you want. The food was good with a lot of variety each day. The food was not Arabian themed at all which didn't matter. Wine list good with lots of...

It is a nice place with friendly staff and huge variety of services. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the size are bigger than average hotel rooms. The food is really good comparing to normal hotel buffets. Wellness is also great, but is not exceptional in this area. Prices are really high but comparable to service quality.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel. Room: The room (junior suite) was spacious and quite, with Arabian interior style. A bedroom and a living room with a door was suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which is very good. Negative things: noisy air conditioning and one TV switch for 2 TVs...

I have been to the Shiraz hotel already twice, once in the summer and once in winter. The first time I had a standard room, the second time a superior one. Both rooms were spacios and clean. Beds are comfortable, and insulation between two rooms is quite ok. Both times I was on half board, and the food is amazing....

We planed a 4 day romantic weekend at Egerszalók, for which Hotel Shiraz was a perfect choice. The bathhouse was beautiful and comfy, the restaurants dishes were very nicely prepared (both the halfboard courses and also the a'la carte dishes), the room was clean beautiful and well equipped.

My wife and I were very excited about this hotel, and finally we got the chance to go there for 3 nights. Our experience wasn't that pleasant, we are used to stay in 4 and 5 stars hotels all around Hungary and the world, and we were expecting to have similar service here as well. I will try to list...

We visited the hotel with my best friend, as a girls out weekend. There were mostly families and couples. The bulding is amazing, has a special atmosphere. Nice spa facilities and various programms. The food is delicious and plenty, cannot stay hungry, but not easy not to taste everything :) There are funny street theatre scenes, where you could be...

We're in Shiraz five times and definitely this hotel offer one of the best service within Hungary. They improve their services continuously as wellness and also the culinary. Lot of various dinner every night. I am sure we'll turn back in the future.
