Country estate, located at the outer edge of town, across the road from a lovely lake with a dam & swimming site. Modern hotel building, immaculately kept camping grounds, free WiFi in lobby, reasonable prices.

This hotel was a great find. It's a super quiet out-of-the-way place right next to a very scenic Lake. The restaurant is fine and the breakfast was quite good. The staff was very helpful with everything. The room was very comfortable and everything functioned fine except we had a small issue with the shower. But what the heck this is...

Although it was just a short one-night stay, I enjoyed it. The hotel is in a picturesque location some three kilometres from the town centre, its grounds bordering on a lake and well looked after. The restaurant downstairs is open until 9 pm, breakfast served from 7 to 10 am. A choice of drinks and snacks - including draft Rinkuškių...

Perfect place, especially if you come with motorbikes (there is special place for us and staff give locks). Extremely friendly staff: they love all clients. Clean rooms. Nice place. Great and rich breakfast (up yo 11:00) with home made pancakes. Beer served downstairs. I'll be back here, for sure.

My five cousins and I took three rooms here, and they were all clean and comfortable, if a bit spartan. Setting is lovely, and, standing on your balcony, you want to go outside and walk along the lake. Breakfast was fine.

This scenic hotel just a few miles outside of Birzai feels like a resort with the pristine lake adjacent and boys swinging on ropes late into the evening. Hint: Bring food, there's no restaurant nearby but there's a fridge in the room. Breakfast is ample the deck overlooking the lake is a lovely place to dine and mingle with other...

The Tyla is a small 914 rooms) hotel on a lake just south of the city of Birzai. The rooms were furnished in Ikea Nordic style furniture but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were European continental but filling. Special arrangements needed to be made for dinners. I led a group of 21. The front desk had anticipated...

A hotel with charm and hospitality. Nothing luxury, but a hotel with soul and kindness. The rooms are quite ok and simple. The surrounding area is beautiful. Good food and service, and you get a lot for your money. The Hotel is not fare away from the border to Latvia. Can be recommended

Birzai is the beer capital of Lithuania. It's a delightful town and Tyla Hotel is on the outskirts on one of the area's many lakes. Our room faced the lake and had a splendid view of the wildlife on the lake. The room was spacious, clean, comforatable, and quiet. The hotel's common areas were clean, ample and pleasant. The buffet...
