This is a nice quiet place to camp. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lake within walking distance that the whole family can go to. The walk is on a paved road that is used very little by vehicles.

We camped here for 4 nights on a site by the brook. The sites along the small pond are fantastic, but further along that loop you can hear some traffic. The most private sites seem to be those up in the first loop, sites 4 to 17, which are spaced nicely in the pines. There are spigots throughout camp and... More

This is our 4th year going back. We get the same yurt everytime, so its like coming home every year. The yurts are perfect for us and our 4 kids. Sleeps 6 comfortably, but you could probably squeeze in another kid or an air matress to fit more. Very roomy inside with a nice size table and electricity, a ceiling... More

This was our first time at the campground and we were very happy. It is clean, the staff is nice, and it was quiet. We brought our young son and he loved it all, including the small pond and beach. If you're looking for a larger beach and lake, then you can use your parking pass to get in to... More

Our stay here was Tuesday to Thursday. We had Yurt #4. It was extremely clean inside and out. Quiet at the end of the road so no cars going back and forth all day. Comfortable full/twin bunk and plenty of room to move around. The bathroom/showers were clean and well stocked. They even provided a sponge and dish soap at... More

Arrived early on Friday (11:30) for the weekend. Check-In Station had a sign that read "Will be manned at 12:30". Okay, went to lunch in town. Got back at 12:45. Still nobody there. Flagged a Maintenance person and the said the "Night Shift" was due in at 1:30! Hmmmm. Odd on check-in day? Anyway, got to our site which was... More

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights here in August, 2012. We arrived on a Thursday to a very quiet park and had no problems settling in. It was my first time "car camping" so I was a little surprised by the close proximity of our neighbors, but my boyfriend assured me this was typical. The campground was probably only... More

If you go camping to get away from the noise, don't stay in one of the 4 yurts. They are less than 500 feet from the main road. The fact that they were available should have been a clue. Got our best night's sleep during the thunderstorm. There is little to do for kids - "ball field" is a field... More

We stayed in group site 1 and it was good for 4 to 6 tents. But the bathrooms were a long walk. There was plenty of evidence of people who didn't bother to do the walk and just went in the woods behind the site, I'm sure it was even worse at sites 24-26. The rest of the sites (28+)... More
