Food left in garbage....with receipt showing it was bought 3 days earlier. Hair in the bed, hair in the bathtub. WIFI doesn't exist. CN mainline runs thru backyard...so there will be train horn several times a day/night. :-(

Our family of 6 stayed one night in Room 25. The staff was so incredibly sweet! I can't wait to stay again. The rooms are a bit dated but were very clean. Kakabecka Falls is an amazing Gem of the North. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

I have stayed here often , for business and personal trips . It has outdoor entry to all rooms . I like to stay here when going to Thunder Bay as there is no city noise and it is only is a 15 - 20 min. drive to the city after I have rested . Rooms are always clean and...

This is a great place to stop if you do not deal with Thunder Bay. The falls are amazing and have a great walk, the hotel is so so. But we pick up our lunch at the grocery store across the street, kakkbekka falls is the Niagara of the North.

Very clean and great amenities (cable, air conditioning, kitchenette, wifi) for the price. Very close to the falls. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide a local knowledge of where to dine and visit during our stay in the area..

We have stayed in some really terrible motels on our yearly vacations but this one takes the cake. Very uncomfortable beds, bathtubs that were made for bathing not taking a shower, the bottom of the tub was rounded to fit your bottom not your feet. An air conditioner that didn't work properly, no coffee in the room or in the...

Our stay at the hotel was a few years back for a family wedding, Was a nice room, outdated, but always hot water, was comfortable park at your door and the hotel lobby had a nice restraunt available. Good food, no complaints about the bed or the room, just outdated.
