Friendly staff, quick response to question posted in social media.
Staff response very fast to questions I asked in Facebook regarding availability and flood concern. Room I got was not quite clean. Furniture and bathroom materials are dated. Front desk staff was friendly.

ห้องพักสะอาด ที่จอดรถปลอดภัย ราคาย่อมเยาว์ อยู่ใกล้ตัวเมือง เดินทางสะดวก มีบริการฟรี wifi สัญญาณแรงใช้ได้ด้วย แต่ไม่มีบริการอาหารเช้า มีแต่ชากาแฟ ประทับใจแม่บ้านลืมของไว้เก็บมาคืนด้วย ถ้าได้มาอุทัยธานีอีกจะกลับมาพัก

Close to City Center
Nice clean rooms, some with two single beds and some with king-size beds. Rooms in the main building, beside reception, with balcony - in the other building without. No breakfast served, only free coffee. We paid THB 650 for big room with king-size bed and THB 550 for an ordinary room with two single beds, in the main building. All aircon rooms :-)
