A great place to stay, very close to Nordkapp itself. I was really surprised by the price of this lodge. It is next to the gate to North Cape, just 15-20 minutes away from the place itself. I have seen more expensive places nearby, further away from here. You can book via Booking.com, and also via Airbnb!
The lodge itself is amazing. The beds are comfortable, the contact with the site-owner is easy, fast, friendly and amazing, and the house itself was well-equipped and maintained. The only thing irritated me was the stairs to go to the house. The stairs were completely covered in snow, which is logical in a snowy cold area, but there was no shovel available to clear the snow from the stairs. We needed to run up the hill with our luggage to make our own path. There was no sight of stairs at all. We found them by accident.
The kitchen is good equipped with glasses, plates, cutlery, and a fridge. Even a dishwasher is available. There are some board games in the house as well, and a chess-board. The only thing that is missing is a sofa to watch television.
I would like to thank the owner for having us and a beautiful stay here in the very north of Norway and Europe. I would really recommend this place to people.
