TERRIBLE! The worst service I’ve received in my life! I booked a room back in April since I had a wedding close by. ON THE DAY OF, I called the hotel around noon to confirmed the check-in time: the gentleman confirmed it was 4pm. I asked if it was possible to check-in earlier and he verified but confirmed that the room would most-likely not be ready as there was someone staying in it and that they needed time to clean before I arrive. Up until now everything is fine, I totally understand. THEN comes 4pm and AS I AM PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT I receive a phone call from the Hotel saying that THEY WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO GIVE ME A ROOM FOR THE NIGHT because there was some damages in my room and that the Hotel was completely booked. Disappointed and puzzled as why they waited until 4pm to tell me this, I asked if they could help me out or accommodate me since I booked 4 months ago and that I’ve already paid for my room, but they said NO sorry! REALLY??!??!?! That’s the kind of service they offer! Since all the other Hotels around were fully booked, I had to drive 2hours to go back home after the wedding. And now 3 phone calls later, STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK… Thank you so much Hotel suites lac-Brome for wasting my time and LITERALLY NOTHING!…
Our room was amazing and on 2 floors. Very spacious. Staff were great - everyone at reception really knew how to treat their customers. Food was awesome...the staff in the restaurant were great. Had to cut our visit short 1 day, but plan to go back real soon. Hotel was super clean!
i was looking forward to book a room, apparently cats are not pets! when u call to reserve they told you are not allowed only dogs!! such a disappointment. since when cats are not pets? you should specify that on your web page.
Great spot, lovely private access to the beach and river behind the hotel was amazing to kayak on. I wanted late checkout on Sunday (to have a full weekend there) but had to pay for 3 nights instead of 2 because they don't offer it. Checkout is 11am so if you want a full weekend, you need to book 3 nights. Because of this I'm not sure if I'd return, it was a very expensive weekend. The pool was also lovely but FREEZING, not many people got in. A heater would make the world of difference. If late checkout was offered and the pool heated I would definitely return as I did enjoy my stay. Staff were very friendly. I did not eat at the restaurant (over my budget with having to pay for 3 nights) but I would have liked to try it. I had half a roll of toilet paper and half a box of Kleenex when I arrived, otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Fridge in the room was great and the continental breakfast was delicious.…
Everything was so perfect nothing to complain about! The food was really good & the staff was very great. My suite was so pretty with an amazing view, with a really comfy bed and clean room. Thank You
Newly updated rooms, location near Knowlton, and reasonable prices made this a great choice for attending the Knowlton Literary Festival. Buffet breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold choices. Would certainly return here if visiting this beautiful area.
So close to home yet has all that I look for: Confortable bed, decent spa/sauna/hammam, kayaks available to borrow for free, great service and a reasonable price. Can't ask for more. I haven't tried the food, I find the menu pricy as I usually come here with my kids and all, I'm not going to pay $30 for 5 people for bacon and eggs.... The view of the lake or of the nature reserve in back are quite pleasant in the morning as well. Stephan and friends are always a pleasure to deal with. Great respect for them all. We travel all over the world looking for interesting spots, but this place right in our back yard fits the bill quite well. Thank you gang! See y'all soon!
For the price of these lovely rooms, the amenities leave much to be desired. There was no creamer for the coffee in our room. They said they had run out. My dinner in the hotel restaurant was disappointing. I had a heart of romaine salad, but as I turned the hearts over, the centers were brown. The prices for of their entries were too expensive for the size of portions one received. The desk clerks are very sweet, but unhelpful for those of us who do not speak French. There are no snack or beverage or ice machines nor a small kiosk or store for a cold drink or munchie attack. The room is lovely and very comfortable.
We recently were in Quebec staying at Hotel Lac- Brome. Everything from the location, through the check in and exit was a delight. The rooms are spacious and invite one to unwind Each room has a private balcony- great to enjoy the early sun or sunset. The food in the restaurant was excellent and tasty. Close to small towns for exploration, and wonderful meals while enjoying the beauty of the lakeside are. Definitely the only place you should look at booking. Close enough to Sherbrooke to offer multiple options and sightseeing. A great biking venue as well.
The room was large and clean but fireplace did not work. Breakfast was very limited. Asked for a wake-up call for 7:15 and got it at 2:00 am! When I reported this the next morning, the clerk was only interested in telling me how she had done everything right and that it wasn’t her fault rather than apologizing!
