We stayed overnight, and had dinner with friends in the restaurant. The tasting plate was top quality, with pork belly, brioche, Moreton Bay Bugs, pate and a mini shepherd's pie. The meals are top quality pub food. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean, and the service is first class. We have been regulars at the Rose and Crown for...

I love the beer garden area of the Rose and Crown. It's perfect in the spring and autumn months when it's not too hot to enjoy your meal outside. We visited late on a Saturday afternoon when it was packed. It always seems to be packed on weekends, so it's probably wise to book. This is pub grub but I've...

The Rose and Crown is a lovely historic hotel in Guildford - nice leafy part of the suburb. Room was comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance to cafes and few little curio type shops. Nice park nearby. Staff were very friendly. Handy location to Midland which offers more shopping and facilities. The food is a bit pricey and bit of...

Large room (Queen suite) with good bed, good facilities at reasonable rates (includes breakfast). Several choices for breakfast and large portions. Nice bar and restaurant as well, with several more within walking. 20 minutes from airport, and even less for wine touring in Swan Valley district.

This, I can't believe... It was a Wednesday night and the pub was really quiet. We were hungry and the Spanish pizza sounded great, but unfortunately I'm allergic to seafood so I asked the young guy behind the bar if they could swap the prawns for chicken. His response was "Possibly". Not a great start on the customer service scale....

Food was OK prices were exorbitant. It's a beer garden, nice setting but nothing out of the ordinary. A main for lunch was around $39 Not value for money and makes a meal out with a family quite expensive. There was enough shade and staff were attentive. However would think twice before going back.

The updated motel rooms are clean and comfortable - perfect place to stay the night before an early flight out of Perth. I have been staying here for at least four/five years and have never had a bad experience here. The restaurant makes the best rocket, pear and feta salad in the country. Proximity to the airport is advantageous.

Went for Lunch on 2 separate occasions, once in the bar and once a la carte. Food choice and quality was good and the service was good too, the girls were quick and attentive in the a la carte area and the guys behind the bar were great too. The outdoor seating areas are lovely and tranquil for this time...

It's a lovely venue and setting and great place for a drink but we ate dinner here before Christmas and it was terrible. The food was of standard value but really disappointing as had heard some good reviews. The pizza which was via hot stone fire was like a frozen pizza.

We took a short and enjoyable train ride out to guildford today especially to dine here. Service was sharp. Sonia was our waitress and she did a marvelous job. She was genuinely friendly, had extensive knowledge both of the hotel history as well as the early town/WA history, and she laughed at my husbands dad jokes 😉🍸 beautiful surrounding, and...
