The service starts before you even arrive! All my pre-visit questions, spa bookings, trips and premium airport service (worth it if you are flying in Internationally) were all handled quickly and efficiently. The hotel is set in a tropical gorge with a river running through it. If you can afford it a river view villa is worth every penny. The spa has an extensive set of treatments and the service is of a high standard, in fact everything is here. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It took about an hour from the airport but I was there in just over 90 mins due to skipping the very large queues at immigration through using the premium airport service. Will definitely be back!
Thank you for lovely stay I've enjoyed it alot. People who really pay attention to all the small detail. Restaurant, with nice food and great service is a great combination. On the last night i've purposed my girl and she said yes! Thank you for the surprise assistant!
I hate to spoil the party here but this hotel I feel is overrated and probably punches above its weight by its spectacular setting. Without doubt the panorama afforded on arrival is stunning. The hotel rooms have everything you could wish for and the hotel website accurately reflects this. The service is outstanding with the usual Indonesian effortless charm and warmth. The design of the hotel by its sheer grandeur to me would not be out of place in Mussolini's 1930's Italy. Make of that as you will. I have always subscribed to the view that small is beautiful. The layout is akin to an American Golf country club where buggies ferry you about and my take was that management would prefer you to book a buggy rather than walk and enjoy the grounds. One area where the design team of this hotel failed was the pool area overlooking the river. A delightful spot were it not compromised by the proximity of the kitchen and the inevitable noise associated with it which competes with the hypnotic sounds of the river and wildlife. The comfortable sunbeds vibrate on the sundeck every time a waiter walks by or a guest wishes to use the toilets. For the trendy fashionista's and facebook brigade who wish to make a statement this hotel will probably not let you down. For me the this hotel has a clinical albeit efficient air to it and lacks the 'warmth' that many honeymooners would be searching for.
Stayed here for 4 nights late September in a villa with garden view. The room and pool area were very nice, up to date, clean and comfortable. The grounds at the resort are impeccably maintained and encourage leisurely strolling around. The yoga bale is a wonderful spot to exercise with lovely views. We participated in a cooking class with market tour that was extremely rewarding. What sets the resort apart is the attention to detail and the personal service. It seemed as though everyone we came into contact with knew our names, or preferences and desires. The level of care was exceptional. We went on a guided cultural experience which was enlightening and extremely interesting. Participating in a sacred water purification ceremony was a highlight. All excursions arranged by the resort were excellent. This property offers outstanding value and quality. Highly recommend.
We stayed in one bedroom villa with river view. The resort is very good with excellent service. We loved our stay. The view from our villa is simply outstanding. The food is excellent too. They have plenty of activities which will keep you engaged. We also tried their Spa and the service was good and relaxing. Overall we loved the place and we never want to leave back. :)

you can request to stay both resort when you book your stay. also if you also can request the free transfer between the 2 resort for free. it may take at least 1 and half hour from the Ubud to Jimbaran.
