I looked this up on the internet about 10 years ago and called one of the original owners. Did go and although my wife had never fished a day in her life she caught more fish than me. These are wonderful people who own the camp and the food is super. We have cabin to ourselves every year but most...

I have been going to this camp for roughly 17 years a couple of times each year. The fishing gets better every year. Sam and Cynthia create an inviting home like atmosphere with incredible food, great accommodations and well maintained equipment. This is a special place and would recommend this to anyone.

First year we went was 2000, I have been back about 12 times since. 1st is better than advertised in my opinion. Lots of great fishing options, several lakes and varieties to chose from. The beds are very comfortable, never run out of hot water, and the food is very good. The shore lunch is great whether you take the...

The water on the lake is so clear, it reflects the trees on the shoreline and the sky like seeing a reflection in a mirror. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets and especially on...

It is family owned and a majority of the staff have been working there since before we ever starting going to Big Canon. We have probably...

Big Canon is a fly in camp with excellent fishing opportunities. There are fantastic lake trout in Big Canon lake, great walleye fishing in both the lake and the Wabigoon River, and even chances at trophy northern and Musky. Francille Lake is a great place to fish for a trophy musky, as it is all catch and release. The food...
