We were allocated room 3 which was situated next to the kitchen. Dreadful smell all night long from the previous nights cooking. Awoken by the noise from the kitchen. Unbelievably small room better suited as a single. Tired and dated decor. Paid the same price as other guests with rooms more than twice the size of this one. No toiletries,... More

Our room on the second floor was quite small, but very well equipped. We had twin beds with very thick duvets, ( maybe a little too warm) tea/coffee making tray, biscuits , chocolates, plus a cafetiere and a sachet of quality coffee. The decor is fresh and the bathroom had everything we needed. I usually dislike electric showers, but this... More

This is a lovely hotel in Keynsham with excellent accommodation. We had a ground floor room for our five night stay, which was a good size with a large bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, we did feel that the restaurant would benefit from a more varied menu to suit a wider audience. We did enjoy... More

We stayed here for the rugby world cup as we couldn't get accommodation in Cardiff. We payed £88 for a double room on booking.com. The staff were very friendly on arrival and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early as we needed to get out quickly. The room was very dated in terms of decor and the... More

The hotel is in a great location. The room we had on the ground floor was a good size with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was really good with s wide choice. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast, Emma and Susan were lovely. Very helpful and always made time to talk to the guests. We would definitely stay here... More

A very pleasant surprise amongst the usual soulless business hotels I have stayed in. Great little restaurant with delicious food and a small well stocked bar. Great staff. Lovely little touches in the bedroom. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Bristol

First of all I must say the bed was comfortable. However, the first task was to ask for the curtains to be rehung. They were letting in light. This is is a basic housekeeping task and should have been done routinely. The decor was tired.it reminded me of an 1980s style.thenew blue carpet throughout clashed but maybe that's the start... Initially had problems finding the hotel from Bath due to sat nav. On arrival no car park space & after a conversation with a member of staff a lady shot out of the hotel without saying a word & with a face like thunder & moved her car. Got out & again didn't say a word. What a surprise then... More

What a fabulous little find. Have been traveling to Bristol on business a lot lately and continually finding nice hotels (at a reasonable rate) in the city. Just outside Bristol is this lovely little hotel in Keynsham. Right from check in the staff were brilliant and the rooms very comfortable. The restaurant food was superb and we were so glad... More
