This is described by Hotels.com as a "boutique" hotel. Totally misleading; just because a place has only 6 rooms that does not define it as boutique. This is a sub-standard B*B. There are no amenities and the common areas are dirty, untidy and uncared for. They do not answer the phone, so if you are looking for help in finding...

Very dirty, broken furniture, unclean towels bed sheets and curtains, uncomfortable old mattress, no closets or shelves, broken ceiling, mold all over the bathroom, low quality soap and shampoo, broken shower heads, water cooler with no filter, no cups in the toilet, broken windows, dirty fridge, uncleaned kettle, dried garden, broken 2nd floor safety railing......

We've been here more then 10 years ago and it was a big disappointment coming back. The place is dirty, broken furniture, below average facilities. It is marketed as a "botic hotel" and it's not even an average B&B. Very expensive to what this place has to offer

This hotel is pretty, with wood and log facings, the view over the valley is gorgeous, and it is very close (5 km)to the Hula valley Agmon Lake preserve where thousands of cranes and other spectacular birds can be seen either wintering here or stopping in on migration. The staff is friendly but only so-so in English, so it may...

We spend in this place two nights and everything was wonderful. We ordered the room with garden. Our little baby girl was completely happy to run from room to garden and back for hours. ))) In evening we enjoyed the view of the Hula and Golan Heights. From the hotel you can quickly and easily reach the birds reserve Agmon...

We stayed there with our family for 3 nights. This probably used to be a good B&B, but you can see it has gone into disrepair. The B&B was bought by a a chain called "Olive". And it's pretty clear that they are putting the absolute minimum effort to maintain it. First and foremost, we didn't have hot water for...

We came to celebrate a family birthday, each couple got a room which was clean and private and we all gathered in the small loby for fun family activities. Breakfast was served in the house near by and it was good and generous. I would recommend this place for family or group of friends but for a romantic couple vacation.

We stayed here for two nights in July with friends. The country was not at peace but we managed to relax and enjoy ourselves. The view from the balcony was unbelievable, the whole valley spread out in front of us, a great breeze even on the hottest day. The rooms were large comfortable and well appointed everything spotlessly clean. The...

16 family members took over this facility for a weekend. Each family had its own bedroom and bath and we had lots of common space to enjoy one another's company. Two of the rooms on floor one had hot tubs. We had 6 children and 10 adults and there was plenty of space. There was a front porch with a...
