Clean lobby and public areas , pleasing and polite staffs & more important point is that it is near holy shrine. Breakfast is excellent but every day something is added or omitted. The rooms and beds are fine & it will be one of my choices of staying in Mashhad.

I stayed there for only one night and I didn't like the staff; they are non-friendly and sometimes you feel they are poking their nose in your affairs. The rooms and bed are ok. The hotel is situated in a very busy and religious part of the city. If you are going there as a pilgrim, it is ok but...

Very good hotel nearby Imam Reza shrine, the city's most important landmark. Nice rooms with plenty of light. Breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it. Will stay there again on my next visit to Mashhad.

Me and my wife did not wear wedding rings; we did not have any problem because of it and we had nice room with double bed. The room was very...

Of course we knew that you cannot book a hotel with your girlfriend in Iran so we called the reception and we wanted to cancel, but she said oh if you want you can book two single rooms so you won’t have any problem. We accepted. we were expecting to...

Chances are, if you are visiting Mashad as a tourist, you are there to see the Imam Reza shrine. And so a hotel that is only a short stroll from the shrine would be a bonus. The Hotel Iran fits that bill nicely. And actually manages to do some other things quite well without ever making you think it is...
