We dropped in after lunch and wanted to use the facilities without lunch.(we had lunch at the nearby Villa Escudero) Apparently the day price is inclusive of lunch whether you have it or not. At around 2000P per person we decided we wouldn't pay this amount. We then asked the security guard at the front entrance if we could view...

I just went there for a day trip, to enjoy the pools and buffet. The pools are quite nice although they don´t provide towels but the buffet meal was quite bad compare to the expensive entrance fee you have to pay. I had to order some extra french fries (not included in the entrance fee) because I was starving after...

While the actual pools are relaxing, there is not much to do! Hardly any cell signal, hence no Wi fi. No food/drinks is allowed to be brought inside yet their buffet is just poor menu, poor taste. Drink - WATER! Or you pay extra. Buffet snack is guinataan, (needs more sesame seeds), Lomi (watery starchy?) , tasteless puto, maja Blanca...

This is a refreshing nature retreat from the city where you can swim in fresh water pools of flowing water from the mountains, breath fresh air, walk under the trees, and hear the crickets in the evening. The casitas for overnight stays were very comfortable and clean. The one we stayed in had a king size bed and 2 single...

It is quite expensive thou compared to other places here and its far too,its really hidden as they say. They offer buffet...

Hidden Valley Springs is a private resort in Laguna, secreted between Mount Makiling and Mount Banahaw, a few kilometers off the highway to Batangas. We had booked a tour with Seat-In Coach Tours, which may not have been the cheapest way to go, but it saved us a lot of angst, and our guide proved to be a terrific source...

I've been coming here a couple of time in the past 10 years. So I know the place very well. It is very private AND YES, its HIDDEN! hahaha. difficult to reach. But that's what I love about it. They have added a few things like more cabanas. And that is really good.More places were you can catch some zzz...

Went to a day tour and the location of the resort can be daunting without a GPS navigator. It was located in the middle of a forest like area and was far from the main road. The good thing was the roads were all paved making driving smooth. Only in the last stretch that it got rough and partially cemented....

The place is surrounded with century old trees, the flora and fauna are well tend and the sorrow dung is clean. Fresh water from the water falls supply all the pools. Food is average but sufficient, only let down is the service. But overall experience is relaxing and at the same time we had a fantastic time.

We travelled early morning from Manila, in mid of January. The drive is about a couple of hours, not an easy to find location but well worth it. We had to leave the car at the entrance and walk the remaining distance, no real reception, more like a welcome counter with changing rooms and showers. A few local shops and...

Located some 75 kilometers South of Manila, the Valley brings refreshingly modern changes as well as quaint touch of the past. Hidden Valley Springs Resort is a mere one and a half hour drive from Manila, snaking to Calauan, via Alaminos, Laguna, just behind Mount Makiling.
