First time in a B&B for over 20 years and what a B&B. The standard was amazing including the level of detail in the room, from a sewing kit to blankets on the armchairs if you where cold. The information pack was a joy to read (may need a tissue as it pulls on the heart strings) Carys and Paul...

A beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Very friendly couple and nice big rooms. We spent 2 night there and we are definitly coming back. Good fresh breakfast and a lovely cup of tea when we arrived. There was also a very good restaurant close by. Highly recommended.

Thank you both so much for your lovely review, it was our pleasure to have you to stay with us even though the tail end of hurricane Doris nearly swept us all off the coastal path! We will certainly love to have you back to stay with at any stage in the future. Warmest regards Paul & Carys

You are guaranteed a warm welcome in this lovely B&B in North Wales, not only from the owners but also Ginge the cat! The quality of the property is first rate, easy parking on site and a wonderful filling breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. The bedroom was a little cold for us but two heaters were made available very...

Thank you so much for writing this review and thanks also for staying with us. A pleasure to have you both here and we enjoyed our little chats etc. We have many guests returning for a visit to the area especially the ones that have fond memories of their family or childhood holidays. Some things have obviously changed with time...

Nothing to much trouble. Warmth of welcome matched with excellent accommodation. Carys and Paul are wonderful hosts. We are vegetarian and that proved no problem at all for breakfast. We will be back. We had been looking on the south side of the Lyn and due to this time of year needed to look on the north coast. So glad...

We have visited the area many times before and stayed here for the first time recently and will be back. From the welcome to the rooms and breakfast all 5 Star. The room was large with a huge bed ,the bathroom was modern and everything was spotless. When we arrived Carys took time to find out where was open for...

This was our second visit and once again everything was perfect. This time we stayed in the beautiful “Rodyn” room which was a spacious tastefully furnished room with a large en-suite bathroom. Again there were lots of lovely touches including fridge, glasses and beautiful presented tea tray with an extensive selection. As before we enjoyed a great breakfast and our...

Lovely B&B - spacious room with a great big bed - nice extras in the room - would have preferred some hair conditioner but that's just a small thing. Breakfast was only served at 9:00am although I guess we could have had it earlier if we had asked. Nice breakfast although for the price we would have liked to have...

We arrived just after 4pm and were greeted with (homemade) cake and scones with jam and cream. shown to our room, which was the best we have ever stayed in. Double aspect, immaculate en-suite, and everything you could ever need was provided. Breakfast was superb, fruit salad to die for. Carys and Paul have put their heart and soul in...

Stayed in the beautiful Rodyn room for the seventh time. We have been holidaying every year in Wales for the last 20 years and have stayed in many Hotels but unfortunately none have matched The Old Mill. Carys and Pauls breakfasts are second to none and you could not wish to have better hosts. God willing we shall be looking...
