Normal room with double bed and ensuite, friendly staff always looking to help. The location is great, there is a bowling alley, a cinema and a few restaurants within walking distance. Only downside was that our room didn't have any sort of chair or sofa and smelt of paint.

Please also accept my apologies with regards to there being no chair/sofa in the room and you found the room smelt of paint. We are currently in the process of a refurbishment, which...

Stayed for one night whilst visiting the Chatham Historic Dockyard. The hotel is situated on a retail park bounded on one side by a train line and overlooking the river to the front. Also conveniently situated if you're visiting Diggerland which is at the entrance to the retail park. There's plenty of parking and check in was via terminals which...

We have stayed at this premier inn before, but they have excelled themselves yet again in service. From checking in, through to eating in the restaurant, it was all very good. We had been allocated a ground floor, but as there is a railway line at the rear, i asks if there were any higher floor rooms overlooking as my...

Very clean, comfortable and quiet night. Check in machines and online booking made it a breeze. Just cost an arm and a leg... but then it is competitive in the area so can't really complain. As with most places, book in advance! Situated in the leisure park there is a wide range of entertainment and food in the area. A...

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. We enjoyed a buffet style cooked English breakfast in a restaurant which was not overcrowded. As smokers we liked the fact that we could take a cup of coffee out the front of the hotel and sit reasonably comfortably at a table. We felt secure at night as the entry into the lifts was by...

Just on our way home from using this hotel as a base while visiting friends. We have previously stayed at this hotel a year ago and find it totally acceptable. Premier inns are basic but well maintained and to a good standard. We stayed in a travel lodge last year which was terrible. This one is in a good location...

Very average, not many staff so you have to rely on self service checking in machines if checking in late at night. Train track behind hotel so can be noisy but nice and clean hotel. Perfect for a nights stay when visiting family.

This was a fantastic stay. A lovely young girl greeted us upon arrival, didn't catch her name. My grandmother struggled with the new electronic way of checking and the young girl was very keen to help and my grandmother loved her customer service. Always had a smile and seemed approachable whenever we walked past. The room was very clean and...

Not a great hotel for business people - I wasnt able to use my mobile phone to make calls and the wifi connection was terrible. I was later told by a member of staff that the design of the hotel was such that it was intended to minimise noise at the rear of the hotel coming from the railway line,...
