I recently stayed in the new wing at Three Steers for 2 weeks. The decor is modern, the room was very clean and the staff is super friendly and accommodating...from Alice and Godfrey at the friend desk to Robert in housekeeping, Peter on waitstaff and Isaac at security and everyone else. The wifi works best in the lobby and restaurant,...

I booked this hotel since Alba hotel was full and was very hesitant since I did not know much about this hotel. It is in the middle of town and the new wing is beautiful and modern for the price of the rooms. I would definitely go back again. After a long tiring journey, that shower was amazing. But food...

Loved the decor of the mew wing, polite, helpful staff, lifts to all floors, new beddings, wooden floors, large room, glat screen usb tv media player and double paned windows to keep out noise, generally well thought out and planned, adequate parking, pleasantly surprised by l the new hotel. On the downside, wish the dining room should be upgraded and...

I had a very nice stay there at the 6th floor new wing....it was a nice place considering its new, although i had challenges with the bathroom which was flooding after every shower and no safe box so you have to walk around with all your valuables around, the staff are ok the food was nice and inviting although they have no...

I stayed in this hotel for five nights during a recent conference. Meru town has been undergoing a renaissance of sorts and nothing manifests this than the total transformation of this hotel. If you were used to the 90s facility, you will be surprised by the amazing transformation. What they have now is a totally modern hotel with three new...

Goood, green environment. Great potential, l met American friends teaching at Rwanda University who really loved the place. Very suitable for conferences. Ecxplore building a swimming pool, the makeshift is noisy when children are playing. Great potential, work on customer care and staff uniforms.

Quality accommodation in Meru is quite limited. This place accommodated us comfortably and at a budget cost also. The rooms were clean. They even offered us fruits everyday (for the deluxe rooms though). The food is okay though not that great quality. It is a great idea especially when in transit.

I recently booked my visitors at three steers which I have always rated higher than others around Makutano in Meru town. Customer service has so much deteriorated, and one waits for around 2 hours to be served by waiters who are either not attentive or so forgetful..and always have an excuse to cover their inefficiency. You will be lucky if...

I visited this hotel on work assignment. The facility is good and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the customer service and meals is poor as they come. I spent 4 nights and on one night we were forced to listen to loud music coming from the bar. I called the management to request that the volume was lowered...

This is a cozy hotel in Meru town with easy access to common amenities. When in Meru, be prepared to hear hooting vehicles from all corners (taxis call for passengers this way and other drivers seem to use this as a greeting). Quite noisy! The staff are quite helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. The bed...
