Party of 4 for Sunday lunch, excellent service, food outstanding all of us chose Angus beef, 2 of us had dessert, 1 apple crumble and 1 white chocolate and fruit roulade. Every mouthful was delicious and well presented and very reasonable prices, shall definitely be back soon - very soon !!!

Had an early evening meal here on a Sat, they fitted is in at short notice. We were greeted, seated & served immediately. Lovely little local pub, very cozy, real fire, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff & new owners, who had only been here for about a month. The menu is small & limited but enough to suit everyone. Not...

Visited last Sunday and had the best Sunday lunch I've eaten in a very long time (excluding my mums of course!) very friendly pub with loads of history and character. The beef was sublime well cooked and great presentation ! Not being a lover of root mash I was converted! Friendly and relaxed and competitively priced. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Sunday lunch carvery was first class and had a real home cooked taste, the Brioche bread and butter pudding was fabulous. Friendly and...

Warm welcome to a village pub. Drinks were inexpensive and the carvery was absolutely fabulous the meat was tender and the veg was all fresh not frozen. The deserts were also exceptional however the lemon and coconut tart sampled by some of the party was a flop. The waitress service was friendly and professional.

This is a small local pub in Porthyrhyd Nr. Llanelli S. Wales on the old road into Carmarthen. Nearby is the National Botanical Gardens of Wales. Worth a visit. Has a free train to get about as the grounds are extensive. I think the largest single span greenhouse in Europe! If disabled and want to hire a scooter please book...

Stayed on a Saturday evening, and the music from the bar was reverberating through our bed until 1.30am. When we complained in the morning, the barman was dismissal- accepting that there was music until late, but maintaining we should understand that the establishment was also a pub, so some noise was inevitable !!! This warning should be on all web-sites...
