We've stayed here twice now and I can't praise it enough!! The staff, the grounds... Everything is just amazing! We bring our bikes with us when visiting and the owners are kind enough to secure these for us. We've stayed in the West room twice now and we feel so relaxed and at home in it! Breakfast is great! With...

Stayed here with my partner over valentines week-end. It is a beautiful house set in a scenic surrounding. The staff were friendly and we're happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and accompanied by a little bottle of bubbly. (nice little touch) The room was stunning, with fabulous decor. (lavender room) The one thing I would say is that a vent...

Absolutely lovely place to stay, had a prenium room for the night. Everything was great, however felt some staff could have been nicer. Also the DVD player wouldn't work in our room. Would have liked a bath (however understandable we didn't get one, room was still amazing), maybe get a vent in the rooms though.. shower misted the whole place...

We stayed at Glangrwyney Court for a night as a birthday present for my partner. We really like Crickhowell but had never come across this place before. It was really lovely. The room was a good size, and the shower was really powerful (other reviews have complained), but this one was fab. The room was spotless too. The living room...

We got married here on October 10th, the main house and cottages are simply stunning, as the bride i was fortunate to stay in both! The staff couldn't do enough for us and our guests many of whom stayed too, everything ran exactly how we wanted it too It was PERFECT, and we cannot thank you enough. Breakfast on both...

A good value place to stay - but the staff, although courteous seemed disinterested. Very comfortable bed in the Garden Room, but the shower had no power (like someone pouring a watering can over you).

We have just had a short break in this gorgeous country house and can definitely recommend it. The house is beautifully furnished with an eye to detail. The décor is perfect and there are lovely paintings everywhere. For book lovers, there are books all over the house so you need never go short of reading material during your stay. The...

Lots of plus points, i.e., the fabulous location and the beauty and charm of the country house; the polite front of house staff etc, but unfortunately managerial issues let it down. Clearly Alex Politzi's advice (Hotel Inspector) has not been fully taken on board! Won't be staying again, however, I feel there were enough good points to warrant a 'very...

my daughter got married at Glangrwney Court mid August & it wa the most perfect day. The venue was outstanding, everyone was helpful, especially Stacy & Nikki wedding coordinators and Ian who helped us put the bunting etc up the day before the wedding. I think the previous reviewer must have stayed somewhere else as there was certainly no rudeness...

I stayed here two nights on business. I found the rooms to be not upto cleaning standards. I found the ladies there rude and their conversations with each other foul. The breakfast was not fresh except the eggs and toast. Would not stay again as felt uncomfortable here.
