Went to Jivana with my partner, friendly staff, and a great villa as well. Everyone was great and the owner's Steve and Kadek were wonderful when we saw them on the way pass. They had lots of fish everywhere which made it even more of a treat. But my favorite part would have to be the turkeys everytime we passed we would always give them a gobble. The only con was there wasn't a power outlet in the kitchen for the kettle.

We tend to only give reviews on truly great or terrible stays. Jivana is the definitely the former. The grounds are gorgeous, with lush gardens full of tropical plants, and fish ponds everywhere with large colourful Coy fish. The large pool has a beach entrance which is lovely for kids, but big enough to also swim away from any kids... Guinea fowl are very pretty just enjoying the lovely lawns which, we also couldn't resist walking on in bare feet...(walking on the lawns, not the guinea fowl...) We stayed in a villa which has what you expect in a luxury villa. Wifi was good, which was a relief, so we lazily watched netflix... we didnt use the tv so cant comment. Food: was also a highlight. We had the Rendang, chilli prawns and later fluffy pancakes with banana in caramelised sauce. All the food was remarkably good - The Rendung meat was generous and melt in your mouth soft. Chilli Prawns were of a good size, very tasty and mopped up nicely with the rice and sauce. Prices were good value for the quality of the meal. We ate in our villa because it was nice and private for evening romantic meal. The restaurant is gorgeous with the views of the garden fish ponds, rolling grass... In any event fully satisfying and will definitely recommend it to my friends.…

I really like staying here because just when I enter, the employees are really friendly and the view is really cool, the rooms are really spacious, really recommend it for a staycation.you have to try staying here because it's really luxurious.

The room is spacious however it's not too clean. The shower area has green algae on the side, no bathmat available. Air-con is off by itself and even though the guy tried to fixed it but it happened again, I have to call twice until finally give up. Huge TV but not working arrghh Pool is lovely, the sight of bean bag and long chair sponge left on the hut and on the pool bar is not pretty though. Breakfast is average, when we tried to get dinner they have very limited options. We understand that the Villa is trying to get guest during this pandemic time however they need to make sure the room is at least ready and clean. Many staff hanging around but none of them are friendly enough to ask if we had a pleasant stay. I doubt that we'll visit this place again.

Love this property. Stayed there for two nights for the new year's eve. Cozy exterior design, nice garden. The guineafowls were cute!🤗 They make the garden more beatiful, also the fish ponds. Beatiful main swimming pool. The staff members were very responsive amd helpful. Things to improve: 1. No welcome drink??? 2. Fridge in the villa: could use the proper one. It looks like a fridge for a cafetaria, not a hotel. Besides, it did not work when we checked-in. Gladly, the room service department was very responsive: it was replaced with another one ASAP, and the problem was solved. 3. Internet connection in the villa: was not strong enough in the shower area and in the toilet. But, gladly it was ok in sitting area and in the room. 4. Flush at the toilet: there should be more water in the tank for stronger and better flushing system. 5. Some tea bags in the room, please, not only coffee. …
