My girlfriend and i spent 4 nights at Surya Villas to explore the south cost of Lombok. We arranged an airport pick up from the resort (recommended) and the driver, Harry was on time and very welcoming. On arrival we were greeted by the entire family team and we felt absolutely at home! The rooms are brand new and big. Great AC, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The pool is right outside the bedroom, well maintained and great for cooling off. The beach is just a 5 minute walk which has to be 1 of the best features. The location is perfect! In our opinion Selong Belanak is the best beach on the south coast. We surfed everyday in the easy beginner waves! We hired a scooter from the resort (well maintained and affordable) and drove the coast exploring. Kuta is just a 20 minute drive along the coastal road (great roads, no traffic, awesome) but there are many more amazing bays with crazy sunsets to explore along the way. We just loved our time in Lombok and were so impressed with the resort and the lovely staff - we will be back!…

We made our booking a few days before our arrival and Surya villas immediately got into contact with us and arranged our smooth transfer from the airport to the accommodation. The location is excellent, Selong Belanak beach is jaw droppingly beautiful and it's just an easy 5 minute walk away. Everyone on the beach is super friendly, it's great for swimming and playing in the waves, trying out surf for the first time and the sunset from there is unreal! What makes Surya villas so memorable and special is the amazing staff they have there who are just so friendly and caring. They were so welcoming from the moment they picked us up from the airport, to organizing our motorbike for us and making sure we were enjoying our stay. The air-conned rooms are a great size, the bed and pillows were super comfy and it was all so clean and well maintained. The communal areas ( pool, sala, and patio area) are perfect for relaxing, soaking up some sunshine and enjoying the great breakfast every morning and we ate there 2/3 nights we were there! We could not be happier with our stay at Surya Villas and we look forward to returning in the future!…

We stayed one week at Surya Villa and had an excellent and very relaxing time. The room is very big and clean and nice decorated. The big windows make the room very bright and the bed is comfy. The staff were very helpful and charming and helped us with renting a scooter or call a taxi. The tasty breakfast was included. The place is also very quiet at night. A view restaurants and Warungs and also small shops are close. We appreciated especially the 10 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach of Lombok: Selong Belanak. We hope to come back soon!!

We stayed at Suryas for over a week with our 10months old baby and can truly reccomend it. It's a new place, in the process of developing. Its very clean and everything is well designed. The owner and staff are wonderful, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the walking distance to the beach as well as nearby warungs. The breakfast tastes good and sizewise its similar to a standard breakfast we had in Lombok and Bali. The portions of the meals in the retsaurant could be a bit bigger though. Overall we loved our stay here and genuinely felt like welcomed guests rather than tolerated consumers. Thanks again for a marvelous time!
