Excellent spot for a campervan & tent.
Pet friendly.
Very handy to the shore and the pier and a short 10/15 mins walk to Doolin's pubs etc.
Water taps conveniently distributed throughout the site, toilet/shower blocks clean & well maintained. (€1 coin gave more than sufficient time for a hot shower) and the shop is well stocked & very handy for the little things like milk, chocolate or rashers! The camper's kitchen has sinks & sockets but no fridge/freezer.
Ken & the staff were very friendly & available for any requests and with the security barrier the whole place feels safe.
We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely return.

Stayed here overnight on our RV road trip around Ireland.... could’ve easily stayed for a week! What can I say about the location..... it really is the closest camp site to the Cliffs of Moher. In fact it’s right beside Doolin Pier to get the boat to The cliffs of Moher. Amazing scenery and right beside the ocean...... no better place on earth!
Security on at night so felt very safe. Large toilet and shower block. €1 euro coin for 10 min shower and €1 euro coin for hair dryer although they were out of order when we were There. Make sure you have plenty of €1 coins. Freedom to park wherever you wanted, owner lives in big house at the top of the site and when you contact him via intercom on office door he comes down on his bike to get you checked in. This was by far the best site we stayed in on our trip. Large kitchen with 2 hobs. Chemical point and fresh water at the top of the pitch. Would definitely recommend and would just love to stay again!

We have just had two nights at Nagles camping site in Doolin. It is the best maintained, well organised site we have stayed at during our trip. The site is exceptionally well maintained and each motorhome pitch has electricity, fresh water and grey water disposal. The toilets and showers were immaculate and so many showers !!!! Laundry was fairly priced with commercial size machines. All together it’s a 10/10.

As always a great break to Doolin over Easter.
Site was busy but well run so it never feels overwhelming.
Online booking is seamless
Friendly welcome from all.
Security leaves you feeling very secure especially the kids and the modern playground.
Facilities spotless with approx 18 to 20 shower cubicles which run on €1 coins.
Most hard pitches fully serviced with elec, water and grey water drain.
Great views of the islands and cliffs, even had a large ship visible from the site.
Vehicle registration ID on the gates to open and close.
No speeding vehicles
Sound cut off time observed for a calm sleep.
Family owned and operated.
Laundry available and simple campers kitchen
Grey water drain for campers and chemical toilet.

It's always obvious that Great pride is taken in the upkeep of the entire site.

Not a site for groups who feel they can take over to the detriment of other visitors.

Mcgann' pub does takeaway stew and others do takeaway also.

Just back from three days at Nagles and we were so sorry to be leaving. Fantastic site with views of the harbour and the cliffs of Moher. The staff of mostly young people are incredibly friendly and helpful and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We came a day early on the understanding that they were fully booked so we would be on a pitch one night without electricity. We liked the pitch so much that we asked to stay there but our electrical lead would not stretch so the owner kindly provided a heavy duty extension lead. The shop is well stocked and the grounds are spotless. Kitchen and shower facilities were great and very clean. Laundry room was very busy hard to get a dryer free but that is because it's a big site and was very busy. Easy stroll into Doolin for a bite to eat. 2 min walk down to the harbour to get the ferries to the islands. Couple minutes cycle up the road to a fab pitch and putt course which the children loved. Booking restaurants is a must in current times. There is a mobile chipper on the pier but it closes at half five.

Had a fantastic long weekend stay at Nagle’s Camping last weekend. Super friendly welcome from the young girl working in reception & we were blown away (pardon the pun, Doolin can get quite breezy!) with the facilities available on site. More showers than I could count, and all areas of the sanitary block kept spotlessly clean. We pitched up on a lovely level spot under the quaint stone walls that really add character to the site. Had 2 wonderful nights sleep out of 3. Unfortunately a group staying in tents close to our own came home from the pub around 11:30 on Saturday night, maybe after 1 or 2 too many, and tried their best to keep the session atmosphere alive until 1:30 or 2am. My boyfriend was tempted to have a word with them himself, but we were very glad to see campsite security on the case. Both the security guard & the owner Ken (who we had met earlier) were on the ball & did their best to keep the noise levels to a minimum. Though the behaviour of fellow campers can’t be guaranteed by staff, we felt that the owners took a very pro-active approach to the management of their site, which they evidently do with pride. A wonderful, family run campsite located in one of the most beautiful parts of the world, with fantastic facilities… I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Definitely our favourite site to have stayed in so far in Ireland.

You will have to travel far to find a spectacular location and such a professionally run camp site like this in Ireland. Easily comparable with any campsite in France or elsewhere but they can not compete with the spectacular views from this gem. The site facilities are clean and COVID friendly. No swimming pool but you do have the biggest swimming pool with Atlantic right next to the camp site and swimming off the pier was most enjoyable. Services for caravans on the hard stands include water and waste, there are tie down points for caravans, needed during storm Emma ..... Highly recommended...I can't wait to return.

We were in a motorhome. The stands are concreted and flat with electricity included.

All facilities - toilets, showers, kitchen - were open. Everything was clean and well kept.

The campsite is very close to the pier - handy for the ferry to The Aran Islands or Cliffs of Moher.

Site - Large, overlooking Atlantic plenty of facilities which are well kept

Pitch. We booked a hard standing pitch but this was not available when we arrived. The grass alternative was better as it was close to a the wall which provided much needed shelter for our awning

Showers - Having to pay a €1 for a shower was a pain

Location the other campsite in Doolin in in the village itself so provides a choice of shops/pubs But the location and views offered by Nagle’s (especially in a storm) makes it the choice for me when in Doolin

The site has a handy shop and a good pub a km away

Nagles is beside Doolin Pier, ideal for sightseeing trips by boat to the Cliffs of Moher, or a visit to the Aran Islands. Pitch and putt course across the road, O'Connors music pub and restaurants and shops in Doolin village a short walk away. Campsite is immaculatly kept, clean litter free, all facilities, playground, games room, small shop onsite. Tents vans and caravans all catered for. Fabulous location for daytripping to all that West Clare has to offer, and the bonus, magical sunsets every evening as the sun sets over Galway Bay and The Aran Islands.
