We had a wonderful visit to Doolin and its nearby attractions, and one of the highlights was definitely our B&B. Danny was a great host, a true character and one of the most memorable people we encountered on our trip. Our room was fine and breakfast was excellent, but the location, if you're interested in the local music scene, is...

I wished to stay in Doolin for an evening and happened to find Fishermans Rest. I enjoyed Danny's company and the room was cozy, warm and clean. I'd come back in a heartbeat! Breakfast was lovely and the location is exactly where I wanted to be.

There is a reason why my dad came back to stay for 12 successive years. Danny and Mairead welcome you into their home like family. Can't say enough about the host Danny, who really knows how to turn on the Irish charm and make you feel welcome. He offered good suggestions, lively conversation, and was quite a storyteller! Location in Doolin was excellent, just a couple minutes up the lane from O'Connor's Pub, which was a real highlight of our trip to Ireland, with lots...

Danny really adds to the total experience of staying in Doolin. When he answered the door, he put his hand on my shoulder and in his Irish brouge said "Hello cousin". He made my wife and I feel at home, even if it was just for the evening. The House was very clean and great location. I would likely stay...

Doolin is difficult. Tons of tour bus folks arrive and bury the town. Because of the terrific music lodging is difficult to find, anywhere in Doolin, specifically near Gus O'Conner's Pub. Danny and his wife run a wonderfully new, fresh house 2 minute walk up the small hill from O'Conner's. Strong, free Wifi, terrific full Irish breakfast, and large sun...

The Fisherman's rest bed and breakfast is a lovely b&b in a great location. The owners are VERY Friendly (Danny is a bit flirty in a fun, joking way), and very funny. His wife is very kind as well as their daughter and their ADORABLE dog Toby is hilarious in his own way. We booked at the very last minute...

Located just two minutes walk to Gus O Connors Pub in the centre of Doolin. Danny's home from home b&b is the perfect base to explore and enjoy the local area. The scenery in this part of Ireland is breath taking and stunning, one night wasn't long enough. Danny is a real character, nothing was too much trouble.
