We had the BEST time at Daly's House. What a treat. The room and bath were the nicest we had during our 10 day stay in Ireland. We were greeted by Kate who welcomed us with Bailey's on ice which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Susan's breakfast was fabulous and the company was delightful. You need to stay here!!

Doolin and Daly's House are a perfect combination! Susan and her brother, Sean exemplify Irish hospitality/warmth and wit! Daly's House is a true GEM! Location is superb! The rooms spotless and comfortable! Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful! The garden and countryside were just flat out beautiful and relaxing. 4 couples (ages 56-67) golfing/site seeing and in search of some genuine Irish craic (fun) - we all agreed, 5 STARS+++ go to Susan and Sean!!! Walking the Cliffs of Moher with Pat Sweeney was Susan's idea and it was sensational!!! (You can walk from Daly's House to the start of the hike.) FYI - The hike is 5-6 mile hike with 800ft elevation climb - takes 4hrs and has a couple of sections less than 3ft from the edge (Pat has a couple of short alternates for those scared of heights - but if balance and heights are of any concern - don't do it. Susan gave us the info on when to arrive at O'Connors Pub for the Trad Music and a bit of food and drink --- it was spectacular!!! We all felt Irish for a few hours! (and walking to and from was just a short stroll.) We will be back!!!…

Susan is a top host and we enjoyed the cozy place, the well facilitated room and the amazing nice, home cooked breakfast. A wonderful restaurant and pub with great music are a five minute’s walk away.

Walking into the Daly’s House was like walking into your favorite aunt’s house. Susan warmly greeted us from the moment we arrived and always called us by our names. The rooms were very comfortable, each with its own bath. I appreciated the small details, like the Fairy Tales of Ireland and The History of Ireland books on the night stands. The garden was lovely and the location was perfect for hiking in the area or popping down to the town for dinner or music in a pub. Each morning Susan was so attentive and friendly as she made sure we had something delicious to eat and helped us plan our daily itinerary. Even Ted the house dog made sure to come greet us in the mornings. We felt truly welcomed and cared for during our stay at the Daly’s House. Susan thank you so much for helping to make our family trip filled with such wonderful memories.…

The only bad part about Daleys house , was leaving ! Wish we could enjoy just one more day in beautiful Doolin. We only spent 5 nights between Doolin & Westport . Both were amazing but Doolin & Daley’s house had a sort of magic to it .. so peaceful & relaxing, you are pushed to take it easy ! Susan is a doll, as is her twin brother and Nancy . They are so kind and hospitable , I would say they are like staying with family , only better ! The views are gorgoeus , breakfast is a delight and we can’t wait to go back one day ! Don’t ever change , Susan !

Just returned from another phenomenal stay (my 5th!) at Daly's House in Doolin. Susan Daly welcomes you with open arms, Irish charm and a plethora of suggestions for sights to see, restaurants to sample and activities to enjoy. The day begins with a sumptuous choice from her outstanding breakfast menu, each dish more delicious than the last. The accommodations are heavenly, with clean, comfortable bedding and exceptional bath & shower facilities. Conveniently located near Gus O'Connor's Pub, The Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands, and Doolin Cave, amongst other memorable attractions, Daly's House is the perfect starting and ending point to your stay in Doolin, with Susan's lush gardens providing a fabulous backdrop to the picturesque green hills of Doolin. I HIGHLY recommend a stay at Daly's House in Doolin, where you'll feel as though you're enjoying a holiday with good friends. …

My sister and brother had stayed at Daly's in the past and told me I must stay there. They were right. The house is beautifully decorated and so welcoming, but it's Susan's gracious hospitality that made our stay very special. She called the day before check-in to go over the logistics of our arrival and had everything beautifully prepared for us. We wanted to stay two nights, but she was fully booked for the second night. Without prompting, she insisted she would take us to our next inn. She took us the following day, waited for us to check in, and then drove us to the town pier so we could catch the ferry to the Aran Islands. She is amazing! In addition to Susan's hospitality and generosity, the inn offers beautiful views and gardens, a fabulous location for walking into town for meals and music, an outstanding staff, and a delicious breakfast. And, her dogs Bob and Ted are delightful!! We will be back!…

Susan was so lovely and welcoming. I was running late for my ferry trip when we arrived and she drove me down to the pier or I would not have made it. Very gratefu! Susan has a beautiful B&B - cosy and welcoming. The house and gardens are beautiful and it is situated in a great location. The room itself was so comfortable - I wish we could have stayed longer but time didn't permit. Breakfast was so delicious and fresh. There was onsite parking which was important as we were driving. Places for dinner were not far to walk at all. Overall a wonderful experience!

I have to admit, I had high expectations after reading all the great reviews, but I can tell you, the Daly House exceeded our expectations! As many reviewers have said, Daly House feels like family and Susan made us feel welcome the minute we arrived. The place is immaculate, and Susan is the best host as is all of her staff. Her brother Sean will keep you smiling like his sister and makes the best omlette, and Nancy is very friendly and attentive. They make for a wonderful team!!!! The location is ideal as you get the feel of Doolin with the tranquility right outside your window, and a short walk to local pubs and shops. It is also a short drive to Cliff of Mohrs which we could see from our window! I have to say the stay was too short, and by the end of the 2 days, we were sad to leave our new friends, but gave us reason for coming back; and we certainly will come back to the magic of Doolin and the hospitality of Susan and team!!! Thank You for being so good at what you do and for making so many people grateful we chose Daly House for our stay!…

Susan is the most wonderful, charming host, and her home is perfect: comfortable, welcoming, beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the views beyond compare. The breakfast was lavish and delicious. But the best thing is Susan, herself. She charmed our whole family and treated us as if we were her own dear ones come to visit. We can't speak highly enough of this lovely place.
