We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Doll's Cottage. Our room was very comfortable, and we could hear the waves pounding as we fell asleep at night. What makes this place truly exceptional, though, is Sean and Niamh's hospitality. It was our first stop in Ireland, and even though we had some pre-planned activities, we were glad to have Sean's recommendations...

We were in Ireland for our 25th anniversary, and Doll's was one of the highlights. Everything about this town was enjoyable, culminating with Sean and Niamh's place. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. Our room was cozy and warm, and we were given some suggestions for things to do and see. My wife and I spent the...

There are two ways you can travel. You can hit up all the sights you've spent so long researching, likely the sights you spent a great deal of money to see. You can go to the highest rated restaurants, and pack your day with all the activities you dreamed of doing. Or you can do it properly. Plant yourself somewhere...

Doll's is the ideal B&B experience. Sean and Niamh are the most lovely hosts and we were very well taken care of. The house is very cozy, warm and clean. Sean is a wonderful chef and an even better story-teller. Staying at Doll's made our Irish vacation everything we wanted it to be! Definitely check out O'Connors Pub for a...

We visited Doolin for our honeymoon. After staying in Dublin for 3 nights, the peace and quiet of this beautiful little village was very welcomed! We were greeted by Sean O'Connor and his dog, Johnny Depp, when we arrived at Doll's Cottage. After showing us to our beautiful and cozy room, Sean insisted that, because the sun was shining, we...

Just about the best B&B experience we've had. I stayed there with my mom after visiting the Cliffs of Moher. The location in the heart of Doolin could not be beat (walking distance to O'Conner's pub where there's live Irish music every night). And then, when we thought we would slip out unnoticed the next morning, the fabulous owners convinced...

Doll’s Cottage is a 3-5 room bed and breakfast 1 block from Fisher Street, the main road in Doolin. We were greeted by Sean who was very talkative and friendly. Our 2nd floor room had a great view of the Cliff of Mohrer. The room was adequate size with a skylight. It was comfortable with a homey décor. The tea...

I got to Doolin at dawn, quite literally, and Sean met me outside and immediately took me in and made me feel at home. He and his sister accommodated my arrival time and made me a wonderful breakfast. Sean is quite the storyteller and is a great resource for where to go while in the Doolin area. The room was...

Many thanks to Sean and his wife! A great place to stay and it was all downhill to O'Connor's. Nice and clean, warm and fuzzy. They made you feel like part of the family. Sean served us up a great breakfast, he was a wealth of knowledge about the area....hope to see you soon!

We had the pleasure of staying with Sean at the Doll's Cottage last Wednesday. Fabulous, atmospheric, authentic. Sean's hospitality is second to none. Wished we could have stated longer. His tourist advice was invaluable. Fabulous situated With the Gus O'Connor pub literally just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious. The drive to Galway was as Sean promised one f the...
