An old Country House feel was just what we needed midway through our Ireland adventure. Wonderful accommodations and so private we felt like we were the only ones there. We even had views of the Cliffs of Moher from our bedroom window. Could not ask...More
My husband and I stayed here one night during our Ireland vacation. The highlight of our stay was a tour of the castle on the property by the property manager. We were able to go into the castle and tour all 5 floors! He was...More

There are taxis in town but not many, the pubs in town are great but the restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in the area. Pub in the hotel is VERY quiet and you'll find you're often the only one there, but it's very quaint and the service is good. No live music in the hotel pub.
The actual town has a few really good pubs, and it's the centre of music so you'll find it all good fun. Recommend O'Connor's and McGann's (locals' favourites).
