We have just returned from a wonderful revisit with a difference. We have here twice before when it was a restaurant and guest house under Brid and John's management and really enjoyed both. The rooms were more...
We stayed in Doolin so we could take the ferry to the smallest Aran Island then see the Cliffs of Moher from the ferry. That was great fun and what a view. Only problem we had was they say the breakfast is served...
Great location - all the views are classic Irish countryside and the sunset is outstanding. It's a ten minute drive into town and hikers could easily walk. Very affordable and feels like staying with friends or...
We stayed at Doolin Sunset on our trip to the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren. Carmel and Martin made us feel like we were family members being welcomed into their home. They were very bubbly and warm and we...
The two ladies that looked after us for the four day stay (Claire & Simone) were so friendly & helpful. The place was spotless & breakfast lovely & fresh. A great place to base yourself then travel around. Good...
I was scheduled to stay somewhere else but they overbooked. They found me a room at Piper’s Rest. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The location worked out well - walking distance to a couple of nice pubs and an...
What a lovely place to stay on route to the Aran islands, spotlessly clean large spacious room, comfortable beds and lovely shower all amenities in room that one requires overnight. Sarah was so welcoming to our family and we are so looking forward to coming back again soon. Definately will be our new place to stay when in Doolin having stayed in many accommodation here over the years we loved it. Thanks again. Claire and family.
This accommodation is just lovely. The rooms are new, spacious and have everything in them you could need. Sarah is so lovely to deal with. The village is a 15 minute walk away. We parked up our car and didn’t move it for the few days. Walking to restaurants, shops and Doolin pier. Really enjoyed our stay here. I will defo be back.
Sarah is a lovely host and the accommodation is beautiful. Rooms are well presented and the beds are super comfy. Our bathroom wasn't ensuite but it was so close it made no difference in the world so don't hesitate on booking because of this. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and she gave us fresh towels each morning. Lovely shower and bath! Three of us shared a room and all agreed that we were super impressed and really enjoyed our stay! Location is walking distance of pubs and restaurants so very handy spot and there is room for parking your car aswell. Kettle in the room aswell with barrys tea and belvita biscuits- nice little touch! Thanks again Sarah.
