My husband and I both agreed that of the 8 places we stayed at during our trip, Sheedy's place was our favorite! We even stayed at some high ranked well known destinations throughout the country but no where was as clean, comfortable, and relaxing as our room. The breakfast was our favorite of all places too and Marian directed me to a place to do laundry where I was able to drop it off in the morning and pick it up after the Cliffs. It was also nice to play with their dog Bertie, since I was missing ours and needed a cuddle, he's super cute and sweet. Definitely stay with the Sheedy's if you're looking for a place to stay in the area! I hope to be back someday.

Property's Favourite Review
The Sheedy's Doolin Boutique B&B is what all B&Bs aspire to be like. Marian and Frank are genuinely nice people. They designed their establishment and saw to every detail, and their many years experience is evident. It is clean, the colors fresh and serene and the rooms (especially the beds) are comfortable. Marian not only suggests the best places to eat but makes your arrangements if you wish. Frank is a chief, and you won't find a better breakfast anywhere. Perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The morning sideboard always looks like what you would find on a cooking magazine cover. This was not our first stay with them. We love to travel and this is by far our favorite place to stay. The town, the views, the people of Doolin are wonderful, and the Sheedy's B&B makes it the perfect destination.

Sheedy's was the absolute best stay. My wife and I took a trip with my in-laws around Ireland and Sheedy's was one of the highlights of the entire trip. We had a busy two days in Doolin, but were always relieved to come back, see Bertie, get a hot shower in the pristine bathroom, and get a great sleep on the extremely comfortable beds. Everything was immaculate. Then we get to the breakfast. I am not much of a breakfast person myself, but I made sure to make the most of this. They have a table of scones, muffins, yogurt, juices, etc. to eat each morning, and also allow you to order a fantastic entree as well. Everything was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to visit here again as soon as possible.

Wow. Where do we begin? We traveled all over the country and our favorite part of the trip was our 2 night stay at Sheedy's. Not only is Doolin a beautiful place with so much to do and incredible landscapes, but Sheedy's B&B made the experience even better. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautiful with sweeping countryside views, including a castle, and plenty of animals (sheep, horses, and cows). Every detail was first class including the luxury hand soaps and shampoos made in Ireland in the bathroom, the decor, and the Nespresso in the room. The biggest highlight was the breakfast. The morning room was beautifully appointed with linens, dishes, and soft music. There are also great views of the landscape from every table. It felt like dining in a 5-star restaurant. In fact, it was a 5 star restaurant experience. In the center of the room was a pre-breakfast spread of so many delicious offerings including juices, a smoothie of the day, nuts, homemade jams, yogurts, and so much more. In addition, a menu to order a hot breakfast was offered and included many choices (all sound amazing). They also offered a special chef's menu addition each day. The menu even included the source of the local ingredients that were used. We tried a few things that were all fabulous. Everything was plated so beautifully that you almost didn't want to eat them. However, once we tasted the food we were amazed! Frank and Marian are also wonderful people who genuinely care about their guests satisfaction. It's evident how much time and pride they put into their place to ensure their guests have the perfect experience. Every detail you could think of was thought out including umbrellas and flashlights at the door, fresh water bottles left at your door each morning, and so much more. My wife and I decided that any future trip to Ireland would not be complete without a stay at Sheedy's B&B. We only wish we stayed more than 2 nights this time.

Doolin is the epitome of what one expects the western coastline of Ireland to be. We travelled from Australia and made this stop after ten days hopping around the UK. What we got when we walked into Sheedys was a breath of fresh air. The place is open planned living, tastefully decorated and the beds super comfy. The blackout curtains made for the best of sleep ins. The breakfast was as good as a five star restaurant (no surprises there given Franks background). Marian was a wealth of knowledge steering us onwards in our journey providing all the must do’s as we made our way to Galway. Thanks again team, you have it well dialled in on what people expect ! We will be back ! Regards Scott, Sam and Will

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sheedy's. Marian was very welcoming and lovely to chat to and we loved the cuddles from Bertie. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great. The room was quite comfortable, bed a little small and could be a bit noisy from guests coming and going, but all in all a lovely stay and would recommend.

Our stay in Doolin was the highlight of our trip to Ireland. Marian was the absolute best host. Staying at Sheedy's in Doolin felt like we had come home. The room was beautiful, and so comfortable. The breakfast was phenomenal with a table filled with delicious baked goods, fresh fruits...and that was all before we ordered our gourmet entrees. (I ordered 'The Stack' and it was the best breakfast I've ever had!) All of that was perfect, but Marian's warmth and friendliness made it a stay that we will never forget. She let us know where the best music would be on the nights we were there, gave us guidance on how to see the Cliffs without all the tourists, how to best get around...and even made us reservations for dinner. She was absolutely charming and sweet as was Bertie, their loveable dog! We can't wait to come back to Ireland and will absolutely be at Sheedy's - our new home away from home, "across the pond".

We had a wonderful experience at Sheedy's. Even before we set foot there, Marian was an incredible resource to us as we were planning our trip, making recommendations for various activities and support (e.g. laundry). When we arrived, we were greeted so warmly by her and their resident fluffy sheepdog, Bertie. The room was appointed beautifully with peaceful colors, an incredibly comfortable bed, large, modern bathroom, and some very yummy shortbread cookies. I can't even begin to rave enough about Frank's culinary skills for breakfast - it was delicious! I highly recommend you pay them a visit when you are in Doolin - it was a highlight of our time in Ireland!

I can't say enough about the great stay we had in Doolin at Sheedy's B&B. Marian, Frank and Bertie made us feel so welcomed right from the start. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and so comfortable and our rooms were spacious and wonderful. The breakfast spread was out of this world and Frank is a great cook.Everything we had was home made and so tasty. We offered to take Frank home to Texas with us but Marian said no so that is my only complaint. Both Marian and Frank were so helpful with suggestions and directions and you felt like you were leaving friends when it was time to move on. They both have the gift of hospitality and were warm and welcoming hosts! We had the best stay and I can't wait to visit again!
