Property's Favourite Review
We stayed for 2 nights so we could explore the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren. Great location for both plus a few minutes drive into town for the pubs for lunch and dinner and ending the night with traditional music. Great breakfast to start each day. I'd recommend Glasha Meadows!

Stayed as a family and the hosts were very warm and welcoming. The room we stayed in was like a hotel, so clean and comfortable beds! ! Loved the outdoor seating area and the efforts they have put in making sure the place is sanitized and the input of hand sanitizers around the b&b is great to see in order to prevent Covid-19. Will be back !
Thank you!!
Thank you!!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Breakfast was lovely except for one morning we put on our docket 8:15 as we were heading out to Aran early for the day. Breakfast runs 8am-9:30am. We were however running 10 minutes late so one member of our party of 4 went and sat at our allocated table in the first dining area to order the tea and coffee. She wasn't noticed for another 10 minutes from the moment she sat down. When she was eventually attended to, a second member of our party had arrived at the table. The lady of the house then came back out and said that we were 20 minutes late and that she needed the table back sharpish, making an ordeal out of something that shouldn't have been that big of an issue. However, upon looking around, it seemed that we were the first people out for breakfast as the 3 other tables in the room were vacant and as well as the other 2 tables in the second dining area. What seemed to be the daughter of the woman was still setting up tables which showed that we were probably right. When we were leaving the guesthouse at 9:15, there were still vacant tables visible.
The rest of the family seemed lovely, the man of the house is great for giving recommendations of things to do in the area however the lady of the house on this particular morning made us feel unnecessarily rushed and unwelcome at breakfast with her cheeky remark which was not a great start for our big day out to the Aran Islands. We would not have been running late only for the fact that we are a group of 4 women waiting to use a singular bathroom in our guestroom... 10 mins late should not be a big deal.
I wrote on the docket "no bacon" beside the scrambled egg option as I am vegetarian. On this same morning the woman brought out one with bacon. This isn't a huge deal but I had opted for this option on a morning before this incident and my scrambled egg came out with no bacon then.
Apart from this the rooms were lovely and spacious. Overall I would recommend here if you drive as it's a bit far out of Doolin village for walking distance but driving is only 5 mins, plenty of parking! Just don't be late for breakfast.

Dear Ciara, we are so glad you chose to stay at Glasha Meadows during your trip to Doolin! I am so sorry you felt this way. The reason why we give certain time slot for breakfast is due to Covid-19. Under normal circumstances guests would be free to stay for as long as they want and come in at anytime for breakfast. 'The lady of the house' as you call her is almost 70 years of age, we do apologise if she made you feel any bit unwelcome, as she can get a bit worried about not having enough room to seat people on-time as we were completely booked out during your stay. We are still learning what works best for our guest due to Covid-19. We always want out guests to feel welcome in and feel like they are staying in a home away from home. Once again, under normal circumstances we would not have limited space or time slots for breakfast. We have taken your feedback and will try our best in the future to ensure this does not happen again. It was a pleasure having you and your friends stay with us. We sincerely do apologise for the way you felt and we thank you for staying with us. If in the future you ever decide to come back to Doolin, do contact us directly and we would like to give you a discount also. Also If guests are ever stuck and need to be picked up or dropped somewhere, we have no problem helping out! Thank you, sincerely, Glasha Meadows.

We had a 3 person room and although it was clean, there was only 1 chair, so you always had to sit on the bed. No table at all. No further facilities at all in the room, so a little 'underdressed' to be a 4 star room. The middle nightlight on the bed stand was not working. I brought my own disinfectant due to Covid 19 and wiped the room for all door handles and wall sockets as especially the wall sockets were dirty. The shower: quite a story in itself, as it has a sliding door that would only open for 40 45 cm, through which you had to enter. My husband is a tall guy, nearly two meters, and a good 125 kilo heavy, he was unable of getting through the opening!!!!! He therefore could not take a shower. Furthermore the water never got hot, no matter how long you left it running. Also there were general soap- and shampoo dispensers, no individual ones, which during a pandemic does not seem right. There were no coffee and tea facilities in the room, and we were directed to a little room just on the right hand side of the entrance of the B&B where they had some tables against one wall with "coffee and tea facilities". There was no tap in that room to get water from for the water cooker, so you had to get back to your room to fill up one of the the water cookers with water from the tap in the shower, and it all looked really messy and cluttered, no structure, just thrown around some tables with containers full of (mainly) teabags and you really had to look very well through all of the containers to find some coffee. No space at all to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee either, standing places only. The room had nothing else that would make a stay in there for a nice cuppa cosy. Breakfast was ok, although nothing special at all. (Orange juice out of a carton, rashers that were absolutely tasteless, individual jam and marmalade dispensers that were over date or nearly expired). We booked for two nights, did not spend the second one there. This B&B has 4 stars, but is definitely not worth it. 2 stars at most. This is a never again B&B for us.

This is a great bed and breakfast. We stayed four people in room 1, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The breakfast is really good and you get to choose between three kinds of hot dishes beforehand and then you can top up with toast, granola etc. the owners are really kind and there is a great pub nearby: McGann’s were we had a great dinner. Remember to take a walk north from the Doolin Pier. You will see the most incredible landscape of limestones.

Stayed there in a room 2A with one big bed and twin beds with my friends. The room is cozy and warm. Breakfast was tasty and big with fresh fruits, bread and pancakes.
The one small thing is that you can hear well everything what is going on in the bathroom.

This B & B is located close to the Cliffs of Moher with pubs and restaurants also nearby. The rooms are large and nicely decorated with a attached modern bathroom. The breakfast was good but nothing fancy; I would have liked a fruit offering.

We stayed here for one night. The bedroom was clean and felt modern however the throw on the bed was worn and had a hole. We also paid for a garden view but had a view of the car park. The mattress wasn’t the best but was ok for one night. The TV in the room was good and we were able to use Netflix which was nice. The walls were thin we could hear other guests. The bathroom was very dated and unfortunately not the cleanest. There were hairs in the shower and the grouting in the shower was mouldy. There was also a brown drip running down the bathroom wall by the sink. It is in a good location if you have a car/bike and the car park was large. Staff were really friendly at check in and informative about the local area.
