If you want to feel the true essence of holiday in Tuscany - Castello di Magona is THE Place. Your breath is taken away as you drive through the main gates, and the view of the castle, walls neatly covered in ivy with grand main entrance is revealed. Impressive views on the Tuscanian landscape, traditional portraiture on the walls and...

It was our 3rd stay in this type of property ( we previously stayed in other similar places in France and Italy) but this for sure was the most amazing one! Fantastic location, beautiful view, excellent quality rooms which still keep the spirit of an ancient castle combined with modern comfort! The owners of the property Alberto and Paola did...

It looks like we found our place...a place where we would like to go back again. Castello Di Magona is situated in a beautiful area, within walking distance to a very nice Spa. Though be...

We stayed at the magnificent Castello Di Magona in August 2016 in a group of 26 friends. What an exceptional and stunning place it is! We were absolutely thrilled to discover it and to spend a week in great atmosphere of a true 16-century Tuscan castello. Although we've been to a number of castles and historical villas in both France...

We visited Castello di Magona a few days ago and it was even more memorable than expected. The service was impeccable, the view of the sea unobstructed, common areas bring you back to the renaissance and the spacious rooms with authentic period furniture had realy comfy beds. On top of it, the castle is just a short drive away from...

Castello di Magona is a unique property, possibly the single best lodging in all of Tuscany for a group needing five or more bedrooms. The castle comes straight from Tuscan history. The ruler of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany selected the best location in all of Tuscany for his castle, a beautiful and unique hilltop setting that overlooks the entire...

Arriving in Italy was a dream come true in itself. Once arriving at Castello di Magona, I found that I had to pinch myself to make sure this was real.... what a sight! Upon arrival I could see that the castle was well kept and had the most breathtaking views. Our family was warmly welcomed by the owner, Alberto, and...
