Good price and good amenities, yes the amenities are old, but so am l. I found the staff very helpful. The location is a long way from anywhere, if you are walking, but hey i'm driving. The only things walking distance are the beach, jetty, local shops and the sunday market (4th Sunday of month). The pool is clean and...

This is a lovely quiet park, nice staff and very clean facilities although a little dated. there are only about 6 tourist sites, rest are permanent. If you have a large van or motorhome access may be an issue as only just got our small van to turn in. Sites back onto pool and nicely grassed. 3 were beside the...

Stayed for 2 nights Nye 2015 as there was no where else as we were passing through. The 'motel style' room we stayed in appeared clean. The floor was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned, the queen bed desperately needs a new mattress - I slept on the couch. Everything squeaked, the bunk beds, the wooden table and wooden...

A very average caravan park with neat clean facilities and an instantly unlikable Manager with the personality of a housebrick. It is quiet, its a minute walk from the bay and pier and the tenants all very friendly . But it is nothing to write home about. Stay elsewhere unless you have no choice.

This is a run down caravan park, ok for overnight stay only, Toilets and showers below average, children's playground very basic. Swimming pool no cover over it for hot days. Heaps of over 55 permanents badly maintained.

A quick trip for a 3 night stay in a quiet location not far from Phillip Island & close to a winery or two. This place ticked the boxes. There are a lot of permenants, & not many powered sites. (6 or 8) all right on the swimming pool, which is great if you want to keep an eye on...

I was here last weekend with two other couples. We all loved the place so much that we are coming back next year. It wasn't your busy caravan park on a busy time. The bathroom and toilets are really cleaned. VALUE FOR MONEY!!!!

Overall our experience was pleasant & value for money. The powered site was very small for our modest van but we fitted. The toilet blocks weren't the best or worst we've seen, but definitely could do with an update to help the cleaning staff out. We didnt use any of the play facilities or pool with our young kids as...

This caravan park is very close to the beach although you can't see it from the site. In my opinion the un powered camp sites are in the best position with a 5 second walk to the beach. It's a lovely grassy area, and protected from the wind. Great for a game of footy or cricket. The bathrooms were spotless...
