Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I can't recommend Margaret's B and B highly enough. Probably because it was such a relief to find someone willing and kind enough to come and collect us when our car broke down. The two other places we tried first were full, but didn't seem interested in our problem as they couldn't recommend anywhere else. Shame. But Margaret was a lifesaver. She was very welcoming and friendly and even offered to drive us to a garage the next day. The place was clean and tidy and did the job excellently.

Molto tranquillo e riservato, casa molto spazioso dotata di tutto (manca solo lo scolapasta!), molto accogliente e vicino ai negozi di Fermoy.
Una delle stanze è davvero lussuosa!
Margaret è molto gentile e simpatica

I recently stayed here two nights with a walking buddy and Margaret was a fantastic host. She picked us up in Kilworth as we were too tired on the Avondale Way hike to go on. She offered to drive us to Cobh 25k away. Had tea for us in her own living area. Great breakfast. She also picked us up in Ballyhooly and drove us there in the morning to continue our walking. Couldn't recommend her more. A great B&B. She was an incredibly friendly hostess even by Irish standards.

Margaret was really welcoming, but the place was really not to a minimal standard of cleanliness. We were shock to find someone else luggage in our room, including there cigarettes and shoes. The trash can was over flowing and dirty dishes in the sink. The towel in our wash room were black from not being wash recently. We had to cancel our stay, a good chance AIRBNB reimbursed us.

The best part about Margaret's Bed & Breakfast is Margaret. You will receive a most hospitable welcome - privacy if you like, or society and local connection if you will. The facilities are clean. Parking is right outside the door.
