Mary and Sean were so accommodating from the very beginning. They made our stay extremely pleasant and went out or their way to make sure that you were well taken care of and you enjoyed your stay. I would highly reccomend staying Abbeyville House Fermoy.

Stayed here for two nights in May 2019 while visiting family for a communion. Great location in the middle of Fermoy. Lovely park opposite with a children’s playground and a swimming pool. Abbeyville House is a lovely B & B, spotlessly clean with room being very spacious. Everything you need is in the room. TV, hairdryer, ironing facilities; Tea, coffee and biscuits. Toiletries provided and lovely big bath sheets. Cooked breakfast was lovely and done to order. Mary, the hostess was really helpful and we were well looked after. Would stay again.

Spacious room pleasingly appointed. Lovely garden with enclosed sitting area. Breakfast fare was fresh and done well. Our hosts were helpful and interesting. Location was pleasantly close to downtown shopping and dining as well as park and walking path along the Blackwater River. Everything about this B&B was top notch...we highly recommend it!

Family stayed in 2 beautiful bedrooms and dog in crate (just like his one at home) in lovely quiet cool clean outbuilding. Accross from a great town park and right by the river and town - lovely Italian restaurant in the town. Facilities top notch and food delicious. Mary and family very considerate of us and our pup. Highly recommended.

Good location outside Cork. Super-clean housing.Superb bedding. Reasonable breakfast. Not fitted to debilitated persons due to lack of elevator. Plumbing infrastructure needs repair due to slow flow of water. Stayed and enjoyed 3 nights. 5 star is a little bit overwhelming to our opinion for this kind of a facility. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The Abbeyville Hous is a fantastic place to stay. The location is just perfect! Quiet and yet close tonthe center. Mary is an extremely nice hostess. The hous is very beautiful and very, very clean. The breakfast is great! We were fishing the Blackwater and the B&B is locaties just in the middel of the beats! Fine room to put our gear!

I stayed here recently for a family occasion in Fermoy. This is my second time to stay and it was my parents third time. After booking the rooms I sent a quick email to the hosts to clarify something as I wasn't sure the correct booking had gone through on a booking website. Mary emailed back straight away and set my mind at ease. On arrival Mary was lovely and welcoming and showed me to my room. I was travelling alone and often find myself in really tiny rooms with even smaller ensuite but that was not the case here my room no.6 was beautiful and spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and bright with good lighting and a great amount of space to put your makeup bag and toiletries on. Mary takes your breakfast order the night before and I like this as your breakfast is cooked freshly to order at the time you've asked for. My parents also stayed here in room no.3 and their room was huge with a really wow bathroom. Would be lovely for a romantic break. To sum up this is a beautiful guesthouse with a lovely host who is not at all overbearing. Spotless bedrooms and bathrooms. Fabulous breakfast. Hope to be back for the next family occasion.
