Within a day of our stay - upon returning from a day of touring or fishing, we went "home" - not to the hotel or lodge - but home. It is difficult within the confines of a short note to convey all that is Delphi House. Incredibly comfortable, good food, wonderful staff, very interesting fellow "lodgers" from all over the...

Stayed at the cottages. The setting is amazing and the cottages couldn't be cuter from the outside. They are comfortable on the inside and it was a treat to stay in them. With a little TLC, the cottages could really be a go-to vacation destination. Remove old carpeting and linoleum, and put out some coffee and teas would go a...

We went to a family reunion, 26 of us all told. The Lodge is run rather like a grand family house, so if you want anything, simply ask. The breakfasts are as hearty as you dare and the dinners really showcased the local food to its best. Very friendly and attentive service and the sort of place where an afternoon...

We spent a few days at Delphi Lodge and were not there to fish. Although it was fun to be there with avid fishermen and women, we felt right at home just taking in the the scenery, getting to know the area a bit, and relaxing. The Lodge is wonderful. The food is marvelous. Michael the manager is a gem....

If you are looking to experience the full extent of Irish hospitality your search is over. Delphi Lodge is incomparable. The welcome extended by Michael and his team at Delphi is pretty much perfect. I was greeted by name at the door by Michael and shown around the house on the way to my room. I was left at the...

Our family chose a three night stay at the Delphi Lodge for its location, fishing and atmosphere. We arrived in the afternoon and were shown around the lodge and then instructed to bring in our own bags because "this is not a typical hotel." Mike, the wonderful manager that we later met in our stay, was not there at the...

We have just returned from a 3 night break in Delphi lodge Connemara. If you want to recharge your batteries for a few nights this is the place to go. The Hotel is a very well kept county house with some of the best views I have ever seen. We look forward to going back already.

Inside and out this place is spectacular. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. If you choose to have dinner there, you will dine with the other quests in the formal dining room around one huge table. Afterwards guests retire to the drawing room to sit around the fire place. It's not an inn per se, it's more like visiting Gosford Park...

My husband and I were married here in May 2015. We're from the US, so we booked it online and never visited beforehand. The staff were amazing at communicating with us in a timely and professional manner and the wedding went off without a hitch. They are also so unique in their practice, and it was lovely. Guests have social...
