We spent 2 nights here last week. We had the one room that had it's own door to the outside which we really liked. We were close enough to the reception hall so we could get wi-fi as I understand most rooms don't get wi-fi. The room was clean and had an electric kettle and tea and coffee. The bed... More

Nice location by the fjord. When we arrived we could not find an entrance...there is no sign for reception. After waiting a while in the deserted part of the house we finally decided to ring at an unofficial looking inner door. A very friendly clerk then showed us to our family room, which was in another building At the back... More

Can't fault this place. Ideal for our night in Leenane. It is very close walking distance to Leenane. We had a room with a view, great selection on breakfast menu and very pleasant staff! Thank you all!

We stayed here a few nights ago. When we arrived we were given a lovely room, tea and coffee facilities were excellent, beds were comfortable, bathroom had toiletries provided and the view was just fantastic. Next morning we went down for breakfast there was a selection of cereals which was grand and a full Irish breakfast which was nice too.... More

Our dive club usually stays here if we are diving Killary. Nice food, great location, 15 minutes from Rossroe pier. Pubs nearby, and if you want a change of scenery, head to the Leenane Hotel down the road.

The Portfinn guesthouse was very good. The accommodation was clean and spacious and our room had a great view of the bay, although it is all a little bit dated. The real gem about this place is the restaurant. The food here is fantastic, the best we had on holiday, I had the rack of lamb and my wife had fish... More

Stayed the one night. one night too many. Looked at the room in the morning and it looked okay. When we arrived later in the evening we found the room musty smelling. Bed comfortable. Woke in the morning and went to have a shower only to find there was no hot water. Spoke to manager about it before my girlfriend... More
