Lovely stay at Coolakay House. Yvonne was amazing. Couldn't do enough for me. Went above and beyond my expectations. Drove me into town and provided a packed lunch for the following days hike. Mammy away from home! Will stay again if I'm back this way 5***** rating ❤️

Stayed here for one night while on the Wicklow Way. Unfortunately Yvonne wasn't there at the time but we were well looked after by Robert, her husband. He was so kind and picked us up from our stop and put the kettle on for us when we arrived. The property is beautiful and so well kept. We were feeling lazy so ordered pizzas for delivery and ate outside in the sun looking out onto the mountains. What a view! The gardens are amazing. Amazing location and would love to go back. Highly recommend for a convenient escape from the city.

This place was a wonderful getaway tucked in the rolling hills of Ireland. A beautiful view to wake up to each morning, quiet and serene setting, and Yvonne was there to offer tea and biscuits and great recommendations whenever we needed it. I truly can’t recommend this place highly enough, it was absolutely lovely! Breakfast was also fantastic, and the lady helping there was also a great host. If you’re considering this place- GO FOR IT!!

My husband & I stayed with Yvonne for one short night (a quick trip into Dublin for the night) and the drive into the property was like a fairy land adventure! The house was easy to find, and THE VIEW(S)!!! WOW. Our hostess, Yvonne, met us with a "cuppa" and showed us our room & we headed on to Dublin (30 min drive/all Motorway). After an evening of sights/pubs/shopping we headed back, had a nice comfortable night and a fabulous, cooked to order Irish breakfast. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!
