Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked fo 2 night stay for midterm. Hotel is excellent and staff are so friendly. The rooms are standard but every thing you need including a coffee machine. Beds are comfortable and decorated lovely. Bar and restaurant decor was stunning and every thing was so clean. Rituals air freahners and soap in bathroom was a lovely touch. The pool was fantastic. Warm water. Clean and bright changing area. Lovely hot tub. Breakfast was excellent too. Everything you need. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that did not live up to the standard of this hotel. Staff were so nice throughout the hotel. It is so nice to see a place being run so well. I would highly recommend and would love to see a hotel like this being supported.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly, and very helpful. It was rather warm when we visited, and the windows only opened a little bit, so we couldn't get any breeze at all. It ended up quite stifling. We did check with the front desk for a fan, and they attempted to find us one. It was unusually warm at the time, though. The location was excellent!

Had a 4 night break in a 2 bedroom suite. This is, in effect, two separate bedrooms with an internal door connecting a double room into the dining/living area of a one bedroom suite. Our suite had a number of lights not working, and the accessible shower leaked into the bathroom. We reported the issues and Siobhan at reception couldn't have been more helpful. We were moved to a different suite which was nicely decorated. Breda, one of the owners came to check that we were happy with the new rooms and offered us breakfast on the house. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options available. We ate at the hotel each evening and tried a variety of options from the menu. The specials were particularly good. The hotel is in a great location in the town which has some nice shops to browse and is a good base for touring along the Wild Atlantic Way. Would definitely stay there again.

I travelled to the Lahinch Coast Hotel at the end of November 2023 for a school re-union. We had evening dinner booked for our party and everyone was very complimentary of the food and service. Brid and the team had everything excellently organized. The hotel is on the edge of the of the beautiful town of Lahinch so it is only a short walk to the beach , coffee shops or at night time some of the lovely bars. The staff were very friendly also. I look forward to coming back with my wife and family before too long. Thanks for everything

I arrived early and they kindly let me leave the bags until check in. When I returned at 4 pm Dan the very friendly man on reception remembered my name which was a nice touch. I checked in to the room and then realised I had forgotten to specify I needed a bath. A quick trip back to reception and another lady I think her name was Lauren very quickly organised for me to swap to a room with a bath. The water pressure was unreal the bath filled in minutes. On check out met another very nice lady called Siobhan. On arriving home realised I had left my wash bag in the room. Quick phone call and it was posted back to me within a day. The staff really make this hotel they were all very friendly, polite and unfailingly helpful. I was travelling alone but felt very comfortable at all times. Would certainly go again.

This is a gigantic hotel that caters to bus tours and large groups and seems to be the only choice in the area. Therefore the breakfast area was exceptionally crowded with a limited selection of food. There is a large recreation centre with an indoor pool and gym. My room was very basic and dated, similar to a roadside motel and the bed and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The room and the common areas appeared to be clean. This was my least favourite hotel out of the 14 I stayed in throughout Ireland.

Great facility, easy parking, hot tub/pool, friendly staff. The hotel restaurant looks good. A short walk away are two great pubs, The Corner Stone is open until 10pm. A short drive to the Cliffs, to get there early and beat the crowds.

Certainly a nice hotel that has been recently refurbished. Lots of rooms on multiple floors with plenty of elevators for those not liking to carry bags up stairs. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which is actually at ground level at the front. There are more stairs here than Hogwarts, and it can get confusing at times trying to find your way around. Excellent bar and restaurants. Depending on the day and occupancy they will sometimes close the large or part of the large restaurant and only do bar service. Menu is the same however. Very attentive and quick wait staff. Very large car park that is deceptive until you drive all the way around the hotel. Make sure you make a mental note of how to get back to where you parked!
