Visited Ireland for the first time to attend a karate competition nearby. The hotel is set close to a beautiful lake. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, modern and well furnished. We had dinner and drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning and again everything was lovely and the portions were generous. I would definitely visit again and would recommend this place highly. Better than some 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed in!

Visited the hotel first dinner with 3 friends. Staff were very friendly and efficient prices were very reasonable. The hotel bar is homely and cosy nice to sit on. Went the following week for Sunday lunch in the restaurant have to say preferred the bar food and the surroundings.

Enjoyed a beautiful meal with our aunt and uncle. Tasty food, beautifully presented. We enjoyed the Caesar salad (No croutons for me!) while my uncle indulged in the fried mushrooms. Perfectly crisp and not greasy!! My husband and uncle really enjoyed their breaded chicken breast which was a large crispy butterflied beast with a peppercorn sauce. My aunt had the turkey and ham with stuffing, comfort food at its finest. She’s just a wee thing so lots of leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch. I had the baked salmon with a basil vinaigrette (the waiter double checked I was gf) instead of the Chardonnay sauce. The vegetables were slightly underwhelming buts loads of them and a nice mix of different veg. Desserts were apple pie and cheesecake. The plates were scraped clean! Ultra attentive to my gluten-free needs. Highly recommend.

Smashing hotel. Booked at the last minute and so glad we stayed. Food was lovely and plenty on the plate. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful. Location is also excellent about 10 minutes from the beach. Lovely hotel, great room and food. Well worth a visit 👍🏻.

Stayed here 4 nights. 3 nights the meals were hot and delicious but on the fourth night one of our meals, the main course and dessert, were cold. The staff were friendly and helpful could not ask for more. The room was clean and clean towels etc were delivered daily in a plastic bag. The room had no light in the corner where the mirror was so it was not to easy to do your her. There was no hair dryer.

Stayed here over two weeks ago. Great hotel, nice food and the room was very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and professional. Looking forward to our next visit at the end of August.

We spent a lovely couple of nights here. The room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner was not the fanciest but was very tasty and proof of the quality of the food was the number of locals who went there for dinner. The wine list was ok and very reasonable. The dearest red was €22 and we had a lovely French Cabernet Sauvignon costing €21 both nights and would have it again right now 😁. The staff were lovely and the Covid precautions were first class. We have no problem recommending this hotel for a great value break, long may they continue to provide such an excellent great value product.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a group cycle trip around north Donegal. We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a delicious evening meal in the hotel restaurant and we had a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. I hope to get back to stay there again sometime.
