We were so happy to stay there. Nice, spacious, very clean room on main street so everything was on our door step. Big, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast cooked fresh and not greasy. Very helpful and friendly staff make our stay unforgettable.

Highly highly recommend this B&B. Travelled with some friends to Ballybunion July 2021, Host was so lovely and so accommodating for us and kids. Rooms were hotel standard; really spacious with power showers, small TV, hairdryer, kettle/tea/coffee provided. Breakfast was gorgeous; really fresh and plentiful.
Location of B and B is ideal, right in town and 5 minute stroll to beach.
Hoping to return in the coming weeks with extended family.

Absolutely fabulous!!! The rooms were immaculate the beds where so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!! Ellen is absolute lady, a group of us were down for the weekend from Tipperary and we couldn’t have been made anymore welcome by Ellen and the local people!! Fantastic bar and great craic Thank you!!

Had a fabulous weekend staying here. The rooms were perfect, clean, comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Lovely tasty breakfast with all the trimmings. Ellen the owner, couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. Atmosphere in the pub downstairs was also great. We had such a fabulous time and will return again.

We had such a wonderful stay here .. so impressed with the rooms - very spacious, immaculately clean, and comfortable beds.
Hosts Ellen and Noel were very helpful and welcoming.
The pub was lively- great music and drinks!
Had the absolute best stay and will definitely be back again!

Having stayed with this family B and B on two occasions , I would highly recommend it as a pleasant place to stay.Rooms are bright and comfortable and the owners are friendly and accommodating. The family apartment has a large family room with 4 beds.
Breakfast is delicious. It is over a pub and central to all town facilities .

Stayed with 2 friends for the weekend , Ellen is a wonderful host, Because there were 3 of us she put us in the apartment giving us loads of space, It has 2 double beds and 2 single beds with facilities to cook if you require. Situated in the middle of town it is very central to everything, Breakfast is huge, The only problem we had was the stairs but apart from that it was wonderful, Would recommend staying here to anyone.

courtneys is on the main st in bally bunion, we have stayed there many times, comfy rooms gi normos breaky that sets you up for the rest of the day, the astmosphere in the bar fantastic and friendly, ellen and family are the bees nees,make ya feel at home.

We visit Ballybunion 4 or 5 times a year and this is the best place of all to stay. The rooms are lovely and clean with beautiful wooden floors. We have stayed in every room to offer! The showers are very powerful and hard to get out of. The bed is comfy, cosy and with fresh linen that always smells amazing. You can make tea and coffee, watch SKY TV and use the free wifi which has a really strong signal.
Breakfast is home cooked with the full works. Eggs, bacon, sausage, black and white pudding, beans, tomato and orange juice, You can also have endless supplies of tea, coffee, toast and cereal.
The whole B&B is quiet so you get a great nights sleep. And you are in the middle of the Main Street so the restaurants, bars and beach are all on your doorstep.
We have stayed in so many places in Ballybunion and this is our favourite by far. We will be returning again soon. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Was a very cozy place with great atmosphere for 2 ladies to walk into and not be intimidated. The owner made us feel very comfortable and it is an establishment I would not be afraid to walk into alone.
