Delightful stay at this sweet little hotel. It really feels more like you're staying in a private home than a hotel. Beautifully appointed with a warmly welcoming feel. Sad we had to leave after only one night. Meeting Noel was a bonus - he's a charming host. Would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights on the recommendation of our son- and it was truly a wonderful experience. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable with spotless white linens. The bathroom was huge and had a bath and shower and a separate toilet area complete with bidet.
The dining room was warm and elegantly comfortable without being pretentious. The choice and quality of food was amazing and it was clear that all staff had been well trained in ensuring the comfort of the diners.
Breakfast did not disappoint with everything served fresh.
Checking out was as smooth as checking in thanks to very courteous and interested staff. A marvellous stay!

10/10, Staff and food is incredible. If you are a vegan or a vegetarian, there is a separate menu and staff are so attentive that they even go into detail what bread is vegan or vegetarian. No just one staff member was incredible, but all 5 we interacted with. Food is the best in the whole area.

Went to stay a night with my sister who was visiting me in ireland, i found the room to be clean and reception was welcoming.
What we didnt like was the price of 2 white wines in the bar to be 19 euros(!!) and the breakfast we paid for on top of the room price produced 2 quite overdone bacon omelettes which with some managerial overview, could be avoided

Cons: We booked this as we had taken a drive from Dublin to see the Cliffs of Moher. Having arrived at dusk we saw the reviews and pulled in. The first room they put us in was invested with live and dead bugs. The reception/front desk woman had said she had just been up to turn the heat on which could not have happened, the buzzing was loud and the dead bugs were covering the windowsill onto the floor. We returned to the front desk and let them know we would not be staying when she offered us a new room. Not being familiar with the area and being after dark we accepted. The new room was an improvement but not by much, the bedding/pillows smelled sour as if someone had been sick on the pillows or the linens had been left in a washer for days. We called down and she brought up fresh pillows and linens that were fresh and smelled clean.
Pros
The room was pleasant looking.
Plenty of parking
Easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions.
Breakfast at the restaurant was very good.

Very comfortable beds, slept very well. Only drawback in room was no heating in the bathroom so very cold particularly when drying oneself after shower!!!
Today as we left, very pleasant receptionist. On arrival 2evenings ago, a most unpleasant blond lady. She was most unfriendly and we felt like turning around and leaving again. No smile, immediately do you want breakfast?, do you want dinner? We hadn't thought that far ahead but she told us if we wanted breakfast would have to book time now and only dinner time was 6pm.We asked could we get bar food but she snapped back " we don't do it". We asked could we get back re breakfast
to so she said we'd have to book breakfast by 9pm. We felt like we were being reprimanded by headmistress!! It was really as if she was doing us a favour by allowing us into her hotel. What a difference a warm reception would have made to our experience and memory of our stay.

I can't say enough about how well we were treated at Bunratty Manor Hotel. A big thank you to Fiona who was great to communicate with as we were planning our visit and even better during our stay! When we arrived we had already been in Ireland for seven days and had items that needed to be washed, but there wasn't a washer/dryer on site or one in town that we could rent. The staff offered to launder our items for us. Who does that in this day and age?
The hotel is only a five minute walk from Bunratty Castle and Durty Nelly's restaurant/pub.
The rooms were some of the best we had while in Ireland. They were spacious, very modern and decorated very nice. The bathrooms had heated tile floors and towel warmers on the walls. The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were second to none during our vacation.
I highly recommend you check out this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

I had breakfast in the manor and to so my experience was a delight would be an understatement Chloe O’D went above and beyond to make sure my breakfast experience was 10/10. The toast was made to perfection (not too burnt not too soft) and the friendly face and communication was next to none, my tea was lovely and she was very informative about the local attractions. I had a good laugh at breakfast with the jokes she was cracking and I would gladly stay again. Usually mornings are groggy and tiresome but Chloe brought fun and enjoyment to the dull rainy morning and I can tell the establishment is a great place to work for as she seemed extremely happy to be there despite the early morning.

Our flight arrived at 6:00am, and we booked the hotel room from the night before so there would be someone available to check us in at that hour of the morning. We really enjoyed our two nights at Bunratty Manor which gave us time to rest prior to beginning our Irish adventure. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was wonderful!

We stayed here 3 nights early July. Had reserved family room. Got an email a couple days in advance asking me to confirm. I did. Then got email saying there was a “problem” with the family room. Is 2 rooms ok. Sure. We ended up with 2 really tiny rooms each with a single standard double beds. 4 Adults…..awkward!!
Asked several staff members, they were unaware of any “problems”.
Answer is, looks like they double booked our room, despite reserving many months ago. We ended up the losers.
When I asked about where to go for dinner, the gal at the desk was pretty rude about things.
Can’t recommend……sad to say

Sorry don't know. But very good local taxis.
That would not be a problem.
Definitely no fridge in the room. Don't exactly recall the breakfast time, but it was pretty standard for these places. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, but I think it was possible to arrange a rate that did include it, if you were so inclined.
