I stayed here with my wife and kids ( aged 4 and 2) July 2020. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who had us booked in very quickly. We arrived at our spacious family room which was very comfortable. Throughout our 3 day stay the staff at Bunratty Hotel could not have been any more helpful and made our kids feel very welcome. We had to book the swimming pool for an hour due to Covid but this was no problem. The food in the hotel was lovely we had breakfast and dinner here each day. Bunratty is a great base for exploring what Clare has to offer.The kids really enjoyed Bunratty folk Park and spent over 6 hours here. We will return to Bunratty Hotel again this year for similar few days.

Came here with my son, you must book the pool and you get a 30 min time slot, beware of large portions in restaurant especially for the starters food was really nice, definitely go to the Creamery down the road good food there and very friendly atmosphere. The hotel is close to city about 20 mins away with plenty of shops and markets, the milk market is worth a visit and ferris wheel down at the Quay is great for the views of the city.

Stayed here for one night with my partner. Staff were so friendly and food was gorgeous. We felt very safe here as the hotel was spotless and there were several sanitising stations throughout the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Didn’t know what we had within our own county and would definitely stay there again. Couldn’t praise the leisure facilities, room and food enough. The pool was ideal for us as a family and the setting around the hotel which was very nice in the autumn would be lovely during the summer!
