Having read so many positive reviews on TripAdvisor, we selected Glenorney by the Sea to stay for two nights and were happy to have done so. The room was magnificent, clean and comfortable. Marie was a most gracious host and very helpful and charming. Breakfasts were five- star and copious. I would not hesitate to recommend Glenorney by the Sea... More

Let me say up front that this is a lovely B & B. My experience of service however was very poor. Having booked three rooms (2 doubles and a single), we were offered 2. The second was a child's room in another. I would have been forced to share a toilet and bathroom with my companions. The toilet was outside... More

Dear Gongboy53, Thank you for your review. This booking was mistakenly taken as a family booking and was allocated our family suite which is two rooms inter-connecting and a double room. Once the issue was made known to us and the customer informed us of their dissatisfaction, we rectified the matter by giving the customer another double room. We understood... More

We are so happy to have stayed with Marie at her lovely bed and breakfast. The room was so very beautifully done, beds comfortable. The decor is first class, as is the care that Marie took to make our stay a happy one. She even called ahead and arranged our next BNB, and called again to be sure we arrived... More

Too often photos are misleading and disappointing but in this case every detail was perfect! I felt like a princess in the beautifully decorated room with special touches too numerous to mention. Marie was so friendly and helpful she even arranged for lodging for us at our next stop. I felt like I had always known her. The breakfast was... More

What a wonderful time we had August Bank Holiday with Marie. From the minute we arrived till we left we were treated like old friends who came to visit. Marie thinks of everything, her house was spotless, her food was amazing. I cannot recommend Glenorey by the Sea enough. If your looking for a top rate B&B that goes the... More
