My husband and I stayed in this hotel on the 25/07/21 I was horrified at it the room was dirty there was pieces of chocolate on the floor, rubbish and tuffs of hair hotels should be clean all the time but especially around times of COVID. The head waiter was rude and super unhelpful. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel

My first interaction with the Hotel was on the phone with Mark the General Manager who was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we had the seaview balcony rooms next to each other as promised. Although residents and entitled to eat indoors we availed of the lovely outside eating area for all our meals over our two night stay and the food and drink were very good. Overall a very relaxing stay with good food, friendly staff and a great location. Would definitely recommend - treat yourself to the seaview rooms with balconies - you wont regret it.

Visited Tramore this weekend, looked for a place to eat that wasnt chipper food. While at the beach we rang to see if we could book a table but after numerous unanswered calls we finally got through for them to explained its walk in service first come first served We arrived and even through there is plenty of staff no one knew what was going on. The staff seemed quite young and couldn't take order, only one gentleman could. We waited a long time to have order taken. Food arrived after not to much of a wait, I would highly recommend food it was lovely. We wanted desert but again couldn't get served so we had to walk into bar and pay bill. I would recommend eating here and as long as you aren't in a rush it's a beautiful setting for dinner. Only suggestion to management, help waiting staff with training as they where lost.

Just back for a two night stay and I’m genuinely sad to say we really didn’t have a great experience. From the start they over booked so we didn’t get the family room I booked, we were squished into a smaller room for one night. Next day we did get a family room but it meant I had unpacked, had to pack again then unpack! Not how I wanted to spend my time. I said ok mistakes happen let’s try enjoy it. We had dinner the first night in the hotel and all I can say is it was horrible! No one out of the 9 people that was in our party enjoyed the food. The very worse part of the whole thing was the rooms don’t have air conditioning and on the second night in the family room I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything like the heat! The windows only open and inch or two for safely reasons and that’s understandable but with no air conditioning the room was like a sauna. I went down at half 11pm to try get a fan but there was no one on reception to ask. I tried ringing down a few times but no answer. No one slept well that night it was to uncomfortable with the heat! There was no air in the room. The service in the dinging area leaves a lot to be desired! I definitely wouldn’t unfortunately recommend this hotel.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.after returning home me and my son were both sick from eating here.the food is dreadful the menu lacks anything proper on it.the curry consists of the McDonnell curry sauce with the veg from the other main courses thrown in and charged 12e for it.if staying here is advise to eat elsewhere
