Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Sarah was welcoming on our arrival. The site is lovely and very well looked after. Great for small children with a great play area. Plus a high fenced ball park for slightly older ones who want to kick and throw balls. Good bus route to Waterford with bus stop a couple of hundred yards up a slight incline. Nice walk nearby to the sea.

Campsite was lovely, very very clean and organized. Received a warm welcome and a map and details of the area. Loved the bath on the site and enjoyed soaking in it after a busy day cycling, hiking and swimming and great value at a euro!!!!

Our third time here and discovering more about the site and area each time. Great facilities and so very clean. It is expertly run and maintained. Newtown cove and the Guillamene, is just less than a 10-minute walk from the campsite. So many people swimming through out the day and the evening, jumping from the pier or the rocks or wading in from the shore. If like us, you’re not brave enough for this activity, there is a great picnic site with loads of tables and plenty of activity to watch while you dine.

Not a very friendly campsite . Very strict curfew which is patrolled. Although dogs are allowed on campsite they are not allowed at swimming area. Unfortunately there is nothing else to do here. On the up side the showers/toilets were spotless.

A quiet very well managed campsite within walking distance of Tramore. The facilities are spotless and sufficient. Tramore has plenty of facilities and can be reached along the coast road/path. We enjoyed visiting the Japanese Garden at a reasonable price. Lots of options available from here with access to the cycling Greenway within a short drive and classic views of the Copper Coast close by. Highly recommended.

Very clean caravan park, excellent facilities, showers toilets, kitchen all kept very clean. All areas well maintained. We were parked beside the playground , which was ideal with 2 kids, they loved it. Also very quiet at night. Excellent first time stay here, will definitely come back .

Excellent site, very well run and very clean facilities. Sarah and John are very pleasant and are happy to handle any enquiry you may have. The proximity to a beautiful swimming place was a bonus for us, just a short walk from the campsite. Would highly recommend this site.
