Kilkee a very busy spot for staycationing. This guest house is only an 8 minute walk from the town centre and is great value for money. Slept soundly and overall very quiet. Nice breakfast with homemade scones & jam and bacon & eggs. Would highly recommend a stay.
Located just a short walk from Kilkee town centre this B&B acted as a perfect host for our one night stay. Absolutely gorgeous home and lovely food for breakfast. Would highly recommend this B&B for anyone wanting to visit Kilkee.
We booked this bnb last minute and we were so happy that we did. We arrived a bit earlier than we were planning to due to bad weather and it wasn't a problem for Valeria at all. We were shown our room which overlooked the garden and the fields further on and was immaculate. Such a spacious room and such a gorgeous house in general! And SO QUIET! Which was a relief after our previous bnb. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. The breakfast in the morning was superb and it included a fruit salad which was a lovely surprise. Valeria was definitely very conscious of COVID precautions which was definitely appreciated and I would for sure recommend this bnb to anyone passing through Kilkee
On this rainy morning Valeria, the host, knew exactly when to offer a second coffee. Perfect distance away from the beach, 10 mins walk. Comfy bed helped me to a great sleep. Breakfast was good, fresh orange juice.
We stayed in this B&B for two nights at the start of July. The location is excellent, so close to the sea, shops and restaurants and yet very peaceful and quiet. Our room was large, bright and airy with a very comfortable bed. There is also a lovely lounge with tea, coffee and water available for guests use. The entire B&B is bright, modern and spotlessly clean (and I’m fussy lol). Valeria is a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a real highlight with fresh fruit, home baked brown bread, scones and muffins as well as a full cooked breakfast on offer each day. Tip: if you are planning to eat locally, book a table in advance. We eat early (before 6pm) and we’re just lucky enough to find availability in the local Indian restaurant. I can’t recall the name of the restaurant but the food was fantastic and amazing value for money (there is an early bird offer) and it’s bring your own wine and beer, which was novel and welcome for us. Overall we had a great stay in this B&B and would certainly return. Highly recommended. Thanks Valeria! …
